The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

In winter, it is a short drive for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine facility. Hunting grounds can be rented through Statskog.

Enjoy your holiday in a cosy fully equipped holiday home right by the river! Our holiday home is the perfect base to do both outdoor activities and cultural trips. It is located 200m from our cattle farm close to the road nr 41, nearby Åmli, Arendal 1h, Kristiansand 1,5h, Oslo 3,5h. Canoeing, fishing, several hiking trips and mountain biking are examples of summeractivities. In wintertime: cross country skiing, ice skating and down hill skiing (40min) or just nothing and relaxing in the sauna

Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier). Vi tilbyr også robåt og SUP brett,så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
