came for darien lake, 30 minutes away, not a bad ride. nice cozy home, stayed with my boyfriend and 2 kids. lots of room, nice kitchen & bathroom. easy to get in, parking, nice porch. had a great stay. nice neighborhood, peaceful. lots of places close by.

Great spot on a quiet street close to Elmwood Ave. with lots of restaurants and small businesses. Ibrahim was friendly and responsive throughout.

Read the book she has on how the house was built!! Me and my family loved the place as soon as we walked in but the story behind it is even better. Great area to stay in and close to the stadium but out of the city rush. So peaceful!!

Gorgeous home. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware and dinnerware. Plenty of linens and towels. Beautifully decorated, and rooms were a perfect size. Easily accessible master bedroom on the first floor. Large master bath and walk in closet. Comfortable living room and deck. I would most definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for sharing this home with us, I wouldn't change a thing.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Richie and Lisa’s. Very well laid out. Each room had TV’s with Roku that allowed everyone there some personal space. The master suite room was VERY NICE. It suited our needs and if back in town again we would definitely stay there!

The house was easy to find and in a great location walkable to Main Street shops, restaurants and Glenn Falls park. The historic home was truly charming and as described. We loved the character and amenities. The added bonus was how comfy the bed was and enjoyed our visit very much.

I stayed here for 9 nights both solo and with my husband who joined me later in the week. The house is in an ideal, safe location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but close enough to Canalside, great restaurants and shops. There are 3 beautiful parks situated along the Niagara River where you can enjoy a picnic lunch or watch a gorgeous sunset. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this house and quality of the linens provided. The decor is tastefully done with thoughtful details to make you feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable and extra blankets are provided if needed. I used the kitchenware, Kuerig coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer and can attest that everything is in great condition. Adam is the consummate host, there when you need him but hands off when you don't. He went out of his way to honor my request to stay an extra night. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Will definitely return again.

Thanks for a great stay Ray! We loved the space and the neighborhood! The neighborhood was very walkable and had many beautiful old homes but was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

The Heritage house was perfect for us when we visited Niagara falls. Rachael and Trey have a very warm and cozy home.

My best friend and I stayed at Jon’s place for a long weekend and we were super comfortable at this stay. The entire space was clean and had basic amenities, and had a cute charm throughout each room. The entrance was easy to find and Jon had provided us with clear instructions as well as good recommendations in the area. We were able to find parking on the street very close, if not in front of the house each time. The only negative we would express about this stay is the surrounding location. We were happy to have local restaurants that we could walk to, but the area made us feel a bit unsafe. Overall, we would recommend Jon’s stay, because it gave us a bit of Downtown Buffalo in a clean and welcoming space :)

This place was exactly what we needed for our stay. Great distance to Niagara Falls State Park and close to several restaurants in Buffalo. The neighborhood is quiet and we’ve stayed here before and loved it since the first time! Jaclyn is very responsive and helpful. All essentials were available and Jaclyn was very flexible when it came to checking in early. We loved the coffee bar!

This was a great air bnb in the best location! Especially if you’re from South Buffalo. There are not many places to stay in this neighborhood due to it being all residences! It was so nice to be walking distance to stuff, no busy traffic and we were able to watch the fireworks at Caz park without even leaving. Short distance to all the family and downtown stuff I wanted to do. The entire place was spotless and we enjoyed some nice teas after all of the Buffalo foods! I will be booking again for sure!

We stayed here for 2 days while in town for a wedding at The Sterling (Arrowhead Golf Club) which was a convenient 5 minute drive! Nice little town. Driveway parking was able to fit two vehicles. We stayed in the second story (I think the 1st floor is also an Airbnb) and it was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Abundance of towels, washcloths, etc., as well as a washer and dryer - if needed. Bathroom was tight for two of us to get ready however we appreciated the full length mirror in the bedroom so we could spread out. The bedroom with the TV had streaming services, as well as a fan in the closet for anyone who like to have one to sleep! Hosts were VERY responsive and friendly, which was much appreciated. I had a question around 10:30 pm and got an answer promptly. Thank you for allowing us into your home! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

I absolutely enjoyed my time staying at this location. My dog and I felt safe and we were able to enjoy some green space. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

First time in this condo, but already third time staying in the house. Everything was great, the kitchen is well equipped and communication with Mary is always easy. She is lovely and cares much about her guests. Thank you for having me.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
