We loved the location right on the Marina with view of all the boats. Could hear the sea lions at night. Senor Frogs is right below the room and was loud during the day but very quiet and peaceful by 10/11:00 pm. Felt very safe and the bar drinks were very good and priced reasonable. 10/10 would stay again!

I had an amazing time staying at this Hostel and getting to know Haley and so many other wonderful people. By chance I arrived on a day where they had a community festival going on in the backyard with live music, food and a bonfire at night. I felt instantly welcomed and had great conversations with so many interesting people all throughout my stay. I can‘t speak for what it‘s usually like at the hostel but judging by all the people that came just for the celebrations that spoke well of the hostel and the people associated with it it feels like this is a place I‘d always come back to. Haley also gave me some great recommendations for where to stop on my drive to the hostel. The rooms were great with comfy mattresses and I loved the atmosphere in the morning, people sitting in the loving room chatting, someone playing the guitar, some great music playing from a record player. If you get the chance to stay here, please do!

Uriel was a great and welcoming host and his hostel is a nice, cozy and well organized place to spend a relaxed time in San Agustinillo (and Mazunte which you can reach by foot). The beach is very close, just 2 min walking distance and you can hear the waves from your bed.
