The residence is centrally located with a supermarket, breakfast places, and a restaurant within walking distance. There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

S-Bahn towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & the airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental industrial park 1 km away. The entire apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

Cosy B&B with garden view (private unit).

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Ons fijne appartement bevindt zich op 10 minuten van het centrum van Roermond en outletcentrum en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het beschikt over een ruime slaapkamer met Norma boxspring bedden, een luxe badkamer (incl. wasmachine) en woonkamer met open keuken. De bank in de woonkamer kan tevens dienst doen als slaapplek voor 2 extra personen. Een supermarkt, bakker, eetgelegenheden, kroeg en jachthaven liggen allemaal in een straal van 100 meter verwijderd.

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Cozy apartment

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

Vacation home on the Koukenhof in Kerken

The apartment in the municipality of Kerken in the district of Nieukerk, centrally and quietly located, on the first floor. On approx. 80 square meters there is a living room (with sofa bed - additional 2 sleeping places), kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Vacationers, trade fair guests, craftsmen are welcome. Wi-Fi access (fiber optic) is available. Good transport connections (A 40, B9, train RE 10 "NiersExpress", Düsseldorf or Weeze airport)

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)
