Easily accessible from both parking lots as well as the train station, just minutes from the beautiful marina and boat boarding point. Within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores, ensuring a relaxing stay.

Benvenuti nella nostra casa vacanze. La casa, su due piani, offre due camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, due bagni (uno con vasca, uno con doccia), e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Situata in una zona tranquilla, con supermercato, farmacia, pasticceria e bar a 5 minuti a piedi, offre anche parcheggio gratuito in strada. Una base ideale per visitare il Golfo dei Poeti, le Cinque Terre, Portovenere e la Versilia. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in 10 minuti in bici o 3 minuti in auto.
