Perfect! Very responsive host, we booked last minute, late morning and the accommodation was made available before the scheduled time (impeccable cleaning). The house combines all the advantages of a village house with the services of a very well-equipped villa. Very well located in a pretty village... We only want to come back soon!

Impeccable bedding. The pool was a must 😎 Close to amenities (bakery, express crossroads, pharmacy...) Beautiful walks near the Canal du Midi. 20-30 min from the Capitol. Let me start by saying wow! We had an exceptional family stay in this charming, peaceful, and beautifully equipped home. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. The warm and serene atmosphere of the house made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return on our next visit to the region. A huge thank you to our wonderful host, Lindsay, for making our stay so memorable!

We stayed here with my family and my brother's family and the place is really perfectly suited for this kind of family reunion. In particular, our 9 children together (ranging from 1 year to 16 years old) had a very good time and were safe with a very nice common room to meet and play with cousins. At the same time, the distribution of bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet allows each family to keep their own space. Really a very well designed formula for this kind of family reunion!

It was a pleasure to stay at Marie-Caroline's, the place is very warm, the bedding is incredible, calm awaits. We took some very nice walks, the locals are lovely. We were able to rest and share moments by letting go as we hoped. We will go back without hesitation.

This was our 2nd stay at Matthias' home. Always impeccable accommodation, impeccable cleanliness, clear instructions. Ideally located, you can walk to the city center! Private parking is a real plus! We did not use it because it can be easily parked on the street and free of charge.

Don't hesitate for a second! Small haven of peace in the middle of the small village of Avène, close to the few shops that are there and about fifteen minutes walk from the termal center. Nathalie and Philippe are very friendly, very good organization before my arrival with a lot of information and then once there visit Philippe to make sure everything is okay. The apartment was very clean and has everything you will need. Thank you so much!

Very well-equipped accommodation with a beautiful exterior on the garden side. With the weekend heat we really enjoyed the pool :-) I didn't have the pleasure of meeting our hosts, but the exchanges were responsive and smooth. Everything was perfect. Excellent accommodation, no complaints. The air conditioning works very well which was very useful. The accommodation is functional and well-equipped. The host is very responsive and the instructions left are very clear and helpful. We also enjoyed the recommendations of shops, restaurants and places to visit in Albi and its surroundings.
