Quiet and pleasant neighborhood, although there is a lot of humidity in the house. The back gate is unsafe, but should hand over that gate key.

Excellent stay! Very quiet condominium, comfortable apartment with everything you need, including a suitable chair to work with, very convenient because it was home office. The condominium sits next to the black tip shopping mall, which allowed me to have easy access to the market, drugstore and restaurants. The condominium also had an excellent pool! It was well worth it.

The apartment is practical, functional and comfortable. It is situated in a secure and organized condominium, with gentle staff and various conveniences in the surrounding area.

Victor was very communicative and has a very spacious place. The Wi-Fi worked well and there is a grocery store less than a 10 minute walk away.

I loved the stay of the place of the apartment also containing a great supermarket for shopping and made it easy but also my trip to other places I loved and I highly recommend to anyone staying in the apartment

Everything is very nice and quiet

The apartment very well located and very complete, it really has everything that the listing shows and everything you need to be well installed and comfortable. Personally it's even better than on the photos. Safe, comfortable, and well-ventilated place. Close to everything we need, there's a bakery, shops, and grocery stores. I would come back to stay here again for sure! My family loved it! I recommend it to everyone!!!

Hélio's apartment was clean and organized, when we arrived it was still smelling of bleach and the rooms were tidy as in a hotel, impeccable, it was comfortable and easy to find. The apartment is great, exactly as described in the listing. Because it is on the ground floor, it offers a larger space, which was a differential. The pool, located near the apartment, is excellent. We were greeted with a beautiful fruit basket, a very thoughtful gesture. Nearby, there are restaurants and a Bob's, which made our stay much easier. My family was extremely satisfied, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!

The space of Josias is very comfortable and cozy. With a modern design, it manages to have all the amenities necessary for a great stay (kitchen items, internet, Netflix, ...) in a compact, beautiful and extremely functional space. The building features easy check-in and Josias is highly requested. I spent 3 days with my wife and my 8-year-old son, and we recommend the place.
