My favorite part was the secluded cool outdoor patio, the perfect place to take a break from the mid-afternoon sun. It's on a cobble-stone street with a great view of the mountains in both directions. It's surprisingly quiet for being only a block away from the main street. It's the place I'll choose next time I go to Tepoztlán

The apartment was great! The truth is that everything is very close, we are 15 minutes from the Zócalo, very central and with pharmacies, food and shopping malls nearby. Any support in the apartment was immediately taken care of. We would definitely come back!!!

The house is even bigger than the pictures show. It's ideal for large groups: there were 11 of us and 2 pets, and there was enough room for everyone. We felt very comfortable during our stay, and Emilia was always attentive to everything. It also has extra furniture, such as a grill, chairs, and an additional table, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments in the courtyard. The location is excellent, very close to downtown, the market, shops and everything you might need. Although the pool is a little small, we really enjoyed it. The sheets and towels were clean, and the kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My family and pets had a great time. Thank you very much for everything We would definitely come back again gladly again again.

Everything is very good, Rodrigo is very attentive, a very good host. The house is very comfortable, it fits two families easily. Everything is automated, very practical. The house is spacious, nice, and equipped. The condominium's plaza is within walking distance, so you can easily go to the market, go out to eat at a restaurant without having to take the car. In front there is a track to run/walk/take the kids for a bike ride, very convenient. The only thing I would say is that, because it is on the main street of the condominium, it can be a bit noisy during the day due to the cars passing by. Otherwise, it's 10/10.

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was impeccable and perfect to enjoy, and the bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. César's attention was exceptional; he was always attentive to us and made us feel very welcome. As a very kind touch, he left us cold water and snacks when we arrived, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

As a recommendation for the next ones who want to rent, the place is quite large so I recommend going in large groups. Excellent place, facilities and pool; we really enjoyed it. The only thing we saw a little bad is that for times a lot of maintenance people come in and out and that feeling of privacy was lost a little but just in the pool area. I definitely recommend the property and the attention we had from the host was good.

The house is very father, the pool is warm, the cook and the boy are excellent people, they make you have a very nice stay. We'll definitely be back!

The house is large, it has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the time, which is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even turns his back on you. Another lady who must be his wife lives there, she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the man is rude. That takes points away from the house. I hope you talk to him to change his attitude.

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is in very good condition and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The pool of easy access, although it was high season we did not find many people. Water temperature keeps it ideal. The kids have a lot of fun. The condominium in general is very safe and has a couple of good restaurants that help a lot if you don't want to go out to eat. Christian was always very attentive from the first contact. It helped us solve a couple of topics, very quickly and always with a very good attitude. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with the family. I would return with no problem.
