House vacation rentals in Amandola

Everything was perfect! The experience was beautiful, the house and the surrounding area are even more beautiful live than I expected, inside there was everything you need and even more. But above all, the hosts were impeccable from the first moment to the last. Very quick to respond, proactive, very helpful, very kind and very patient despite our great delay in the time we had requested for check-in. I couldn't recommend it more.

The accommodation is in a converted granary, which has been beautifully restored. Bedroom and bathroom are simple but functional; the photos don't do the living space justice. It is a peaceful setting in leafy grounds. Pool was closed for the season during our stay but there is a pretty courtyard area which is a sun trap. We loved being able to walk (uphill on a rough track, about 20 minutes) into Trevi for drinks at Bar Roma and excellent food at the handful of restaurants in the hill town. Bring a decent torch if walking up and down after dark! Giuseppe was a charming and helpful host who gave us lots of advice and recommendations for eating out and excursions. We borrowed bikes and cycled to Bevagna along a former rail line for lunch (about an hour each way, flat). Trevi is a perfect base for visiting Umbria. Mosquito screens would have been appreciated in the bedroom but otherwise hard to find fault.

Great place if you want to get away from it all but at the same time close to many lovely villages and sightseeing spots. We were received with the best lasagna we ever had and a refreshing Grechetto wine. Francesco gave us great recommendations for where to go, what to see, where to eat. We definitively recommend Casa dell’Arco as an ideal place to stay when visiting Umbria.

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

Leonardo was a great host! was very communicative and flexible with our schedule. Even had a crib prepared for our newborn per our request. The place is new and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for the All Saints' Day holiday with the family, nice big apartment and new furniture! Like the photos! Beautiful view in a peaceful setting, convenient for visiting the villages, Recanati and Loreto! Parking in the backyard!

We felt at home. In the beautiful centre of Lapedona, you can live like an Italian. Sea view and view of the Marche. The house has everything you need. Beautiful details. Everything is good.

Alessandro welcomed us into his home cordially and amicably, briefly explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the rooms air-conditioned, in summer it is definitely a positive note, The large, well-kept and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners with friends, and for those who also have dogs, well I'll let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). Thanks again to Alessandro and his whole family!

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

I recommend this place, it is well located and Simone will advise you if you need help. Right in the middle of the town centre, you'll easily find a good restaurant.

The house is located in a quiet and "green oasis." It is very well maintained, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed it. Ideally located for exploring in all directions: Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Trevi, Sibellini, etc. We were personally welcomed and seen off by Patrizia and Maurizio. They were very friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Thank you so much for everything you two!

Great place to stay in the Marche countryside. Tiziana is a very helpful person. House very thoughtful in details, the pool is a plus not to be underestimated. Go back.

This was our second time at Vrinda’s house, which means we were happy to come back and have a great time again! We definitely recommend it if you want a cozy place to feel at home and in the middle of the nature of Umbria.

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

We spent a friend in this house with all the necessary amenities to spend time away from the daily chaos. The host was very helpful and provided us with directions to the house by phone, which were very clear. The house fully matched what was described on the site and we had a great stay.

Cozy house, equipped with everything and full of functional spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Great for groups of friends or large families. Patrizia was always very helpful and responsive. Super recommended!

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful countryside villa surrounded by nature. We stayed in 8 friends and a dog and we had a really good time. Large spaces and a really well-equipped house, from kitchen utensils to bbq tools… it's even equipped with some medicinal products for emergencies! You can really have fun in many ways, there is the trampoline, table soccer, tennis court and lots of unusual but super fun board games, especially for large groups of friends! Perfect rooms and bathrooms equipped with everything… really nothing is missing! Unfortunately for the period we were unable to take advantage of the pool and the outdoor tub but we still enjoyed a few hours of sun outside, where even our four-legged friend was able to run free in the lawn. Finally, the owners were really welcoming and helpful in everything... in short, definitely a stay that we feel we can recommend!!
