An 125m2 appartment build in a traditional style in beautiful sourroundings in the countryside. Sit and relax in your small private garden, where the sun shines from morning until it sets around 11. PM in summertime. Go for a hike in the sourrunding woods and hills. Enjoy the indoor sauna or the fireplace. Walk to the sea where you can take a swim or fish. It is also possible to rent our boat, a 16 feet with a 20 HK motor, for an additional fee. A 50 minute drive take to historical Bergen city.

Ta deg en pause og slapp av på dette fredelige stedet. Her er ingen trafikkstøy! Det tar 30 min med bil til Bergen. Til Bergen kan man også komme med hurtigbåt eller buss. Gode bussforbindelser og kort vei til matbutikk. Et flott utgangspunkt for den som vil gjøre seg kjent i Nordhordland og Bergen. Gratis parkering. Det er fine turområder i nærheten, samt badeplass og freesbee-bane. Meland Golf ligger en kort kjøretur unna. Leiligheten ligger i 3. etasje (2. over bakken) - heis finnes.

Gårdsleilighet med tilgang til naust/brygge

Nyt late dager med fiske og turer i skjærgården ved Kilstraumen. Naust og brygge er ca 5 min gange fra døren. Fiske fra land i Kilstraumen, dykking, kajakk, svømming er aktiviteter som passer fint her. Leie av båt er tilgjengelig etter avtale. Turløype på ca 3 km i skog/stier begynner like ved, og ved låven er det muligheter for lek og ballspill. Krabbekoker og bålpanne er tilgjengelig for tilberedning av dagens fangst. Velkommen skal dere være til vårt lille Paradis ved kysten.

A small, cozy holiday apartment, at the sea on idyllic Håpoldøy, close to Herdla, only 40 minutes' drive from Bergen. Bed linen and towels are included, so you don't need to bring anything other than your own food. Good opportunities for renting your own boat or SUP on request. A holiday paradise with unique nature where you can experience the sea, ocean, outdoor areas, war history and wildlife. If you're lucky, you'll also spot a sea eagle, or the northern lights.

Tellevik coastal fort 5min away. For hikers, this is perfect place, because one of the best Bergens hiking trails is 10m apart from apartment doors. Private parking is 100m away from house and you must take a steep climb up to apartment. Bikers are welcome to drive all the way up to house.

For rent to law enforcement officers. No smoking, partying or animals.
