Josefina is GREAT. She was willing to reasonably accommodate our needs at every turn. We had a group of 8! We began our trip off the plane at 6am worried we’d have to wait until check-in at 3pm. Josefina was kind enough to allow us luggage drop off at 7am. The housekeeper we were greeted by was also extremely sweet and helpful. She gave us a full tour of the place and answered any questions we might’ve had. We were also accommodated with an early check-in. I’ve stayed in other parts of Mexico and I’m aware hot showers are not guaranteed. Most days we were able to take hot showers if we had the time to let the water warm up which we appreciated. We were stunned by the gorgeous patios of this place. I did badly cut the back of my ankle coming down the outdoor stairs so be cautious of your steps! There was a toilet fix during our stay that didn’t affect us much because there were plenty of other bathrooms to use on the property. Thank you for your hospitality! Be back soon.

We had three families and all enjoyed our stay. Quiet location. About ten minute walk to city center. Close to restaurants and quick Uber responses. Juan Carlos accommodated us very well with the requests we had.

Vero’s place was wonderful!!! We had a great stay, and really made use of all the space, really enjoyed all the games available. We had 11 in our group and never felt like we were on top of each other. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing. Kitchen had plenty of glasses and dishes available. Really close to great cafés, restaurants and nightlife. Would highly recommend to stay here!

My mom, son, and I stayed here and we loved it. The house is very spacious and stays very cool. The bedrooms are great sizes. It is in walking distance to the center of Tlalpan which has so many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Maria and Teresa were very helpful and always responsive. Thank you! We will be back!

We cannot express our gratitude enough to Karla and Fernando. We spent 100 days at this gorgeous house and every single day we feel like home. The house is spacious and super functional: a yard to chill, a cinema to entertain, two bedrooms with comfortable beddings, and a studio designed perfectly for digital nomads. Karla and Fer think of things ahead: they are perfectionists who just never let any details slip away. They also are very attentive and responsive. Actually, we expected our second child at this moment. While the mom was hospitalized, Karla and Fer took great care of our toddler daughter so that we could focus on receiving our newborn. They were funny, considerate, and overall, just kindness. They’ve given insights of the city and country to help us better integrated into the society. They are truly like big brother and sister to us. I could write on and on but there is a word limits. Therefore, please show no hesitation in reserving this property if it’s available

We had a very nice 5 night stay for our group of 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single). René took great care of us throughout and even arranged for a private chef to cook for us at the Airbnb one night when we wanted to have guests over. The design of the space is very special, staying here you feel like you are really part of a real CDMX neighborhood. For us, May was tough to visit and stay in rooms without AC and without air purifiers. The heat and pollution made for some long nights. No fault of Mr. W here, but if you are sensitive to temp while sleeping you may want to think about the summer months and this reality.

This apartment was my home-base for the week, and it was absolutely perfect. I was able to work remote, the apartment was adorable and felt like my own space. The location in the neighborhood was central to everything you could need! Not to mention Rafael was a very accommodating host, and was great with communication. I'll definitely be staying at this apartment when I return to Mexico City.

The house was absolutely beautiful! perfectly decorated and cozy. we loved the pool and the hot tub. the couple who take care of the property were lovely. there was a little snafu upon our arrival as the date had been miscommunicated to them so they were not present when we arrived, but they came right away when they were notified and let us in the gate.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar es perfecto para desconectarse al 100%, rodeado de naturaleza y con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir en ningún momento, si llevas lo esencial (juegos, comida, bebidas) Las áreas exteriores son enormes: jardines muy amplios, cancha de fútbol y un espacio increíble para cocinar al aire libre, ya sea con carbón o parrilla de gas. También cuenta con fogateros de gas, ideales para disfrutar las noches sin pasar frío. El interior estaba impecable, muy limpio y ordenado. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias; cinco de ellas tienen baño privado y las otras dos comparten uno exterior, lo cual no fue ningún problema. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con suficientes platos y utensilios para un grupo grande (éramos 15 personas y no faltó nada). Luis fue un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento y amable. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y esperamos volver pronto.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, el lugar es tal y como se describe y observa en las fotos. La pasamos muy bien realmente, Hans siempre estuvo al pendiente, lo cual se agradece bastante. El lugar es muy céntrico, lo que es bastante bueno para salir a comprar cosas o comer alrededor.

Coincide con todo lo que dice en la descripción y fotos! Y la atención de Blanca y las personas que nos ayudaron con el servicio de alimentos que contratamos fue excelente! Siempre estuvieron pendientes de lo que necesitábamos contestaban rápido y fueron súper atentas y amables. 100 de 100! Súper recomendable. Regresaré nuevamente!

La casa es hermosa, muy amplia, limpia y con amenidades excelentes. La alberca es grande y perfecta para disfrutar en familia o con amigos. Aunque no le vendría mal una buena pintada, es un lugar muy lindo para habitar y pasar unos días cómodos. Sin duda, no se arrepentirán de quedarse aquí. ¡Recomendadísima!

Valentina estuvo súper al pendiente previo, durante y al terminar la estancia. La casa cuenta con todo y tal cual la describen en el anuncio. La zona está muy tranquila. Todo estuvo súper. Ordenada, limpia y muy amplia. Definitivamente regresaremos.
