A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

Ao passear pela CA vai cruzar-se com alguns retratos da família da Aurora e com alguns objetos em "lata" que sussurram a história da antiga latoaria do João que em tempos habitou a cave. Tal como uma boa casa de família, a CA recebe muita gente nos seus 4 quartos com cama de casal, na sala com sofá-cama, na cozinha equipada, nos 2 WC e ainda na fantástica churrasqueira e forno a lenha no jardim! It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Casinha de Pedra with an area of 19 mts2, is located on the banks of the river alva, on the river beach of Vimieiro considered the best river beach, by the magazine "Guia das Praia Fluviais", The house has a bedroom, a properly equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Surrounded by a unique landscape you can observe the watering wheel and the windshield still in activity. The snack park with barbecue and playground are also an attraction for those who visit us. Ideal place for a week to two.
