We had a great stay with David he met us and showed us around his fantastic home everything you need is here.

Fantastic place if you are visiting KIT that is really close to here. Laura’s place was a great place to feel at home where I could cook my own meals and had an awesome desk to get work done. The trails around her home are awesome for running!

Had an amazing stay at this property, me and my friends were here for the weekend for 44 festival. Abel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a little earlier as we’d be travelling all day which was convenient. It was spacious and super clean with access to transport into the city centre. 10/10 would stay here again, and would absolutely recommend.

Very nice, sparkling clean modern house. Very well equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine like in Italy, a large refrigerator + a great stove. Fine sound system for the whole house and large TV. Spacious rooms with a sunny garden. Quick communication with Sabrina, good tips also for the area. Good sound insulation: you didn't hear anything from our 2 babies and 1 schoolchild, who sometimes cry at night. Would love to come again anytime. The place was super nice, everything modern and cozy. We felt super comfortable. There was everything you might need. The rooms were beautifully bright through the large windows. The hosts were super accommodating and kind. Downtown is easily accessible by tram or car. In front of the property you will always find a parking space on the street. On the next visit to Karlsruhr, we will definitely book there again.
