The apartment was completely newly renovated and newly furnished in 2021. On the large balcony, Lake Traun and Traunstein can be seen wonderfully. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the public swimming area and the nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk Free parking is available. Private swimming area available The boat dock is 3 minutes away. Restaurant and fish grill are also very close. The apartment is very spacious, bright and friendly.

Very nice place above the lake with clean air. House was fully equiped, clean and in the winter the heating was sufficient to keep good temperature in the house.

Staying at Edna's house, was really the best choice we could have made to enjoy a couple of days immersed in nature, away from noise and busy life. The house is very clean, equipped with everything you need. The view and the location make you appreciate the place even more. Edna was always at complete disposal, offering us perfect service. The accommodation was nice, with a beautiful view and a great location. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. During our stay, there were a few issues - specifically with hot water, and also the fact that they started trimming the hedge at 7:00 AM on Saturday. But these things can happen, after contacting the host, she quickly addressed the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. She also later brought us the dishwasher pods that were missing in the apartment. Despite these complications, I would recommend the accommodation. :)

Good place to stay to visit the local area. Easy walk to the lake and free parking at the apartment. 3 flights of stairs and a tiny toilet may be challenging for some people. Otherwise it is worth staying at Ulrike's apartment.

In all of my travels, this by far has been one of the very best experiences. The wonderful hosts, Martin & Karin are the most responsive, hospitable, accommodating and friendly hosts I’ve ever dealt with. The house is a traditional style home fully equipped with all amenities. It’s spotlessly clean and situated in a peaceful street with amazing views of the mountains. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful place to stay. Thank you both so much, Martin and Karin.
