Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Sunny, large garden, family-friendly and fireplace: The beautiful apartment in a converted barn is ideal for people looking for peace, exercise and nature. You can make campfires, go on bike rides or sit in the dormer and enjoy the unobstructed view over the garden and pastures. A beautiful lake can be reached by bike. Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

Querenhorst is a nice place located between Helmstedt and Wolfsburg. The A2 highway is about 5 minutes by car. In our village there is a gas station where you can get fresh rolls in the morning. Our accommodation is nicely equipped with 2 double beds and a sofa bed. There are toys for the little ones so that they can occupy themselves after a long drive. The basic equipment is available. You have your own apartment on the upper floor with us in the house.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
