Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Central quiet and green with balcony

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Private apartment (about 72m²) set in a peaceful location close to the Danube. Fully renovated in 2018, stunning new fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and blinds in every bedroom that keep the light out. Quality furniture and bedding throughout. Located in a safe and quiet area with parking and within 10 minutes to public transport. Danube bicycle and running path are located nearby. The apartment is child/family friendly and a non-smoking environment.
