You can easily walk into the main town from here in about half an hour. Place very clean and modern, comfortable beds and great hot shower. Parking in the street although it was quite busy and difficult to find one but we eventually did. Bus stop right outside to get you into town, they only take cash and it’s about 3-4 euro for the trip. Good lighting in bathroom to do makeup which most places don’t have. Huge TV’s in both bedrooms. Could do with a toaster and microwave for us Aussies but other that that the place is perfect 👌 Lovely town and if you attend the local tourist office they can recommend a walkable free tour of the town where you download an app and listen along the way.

From reception to departure : all hospitality and kindness. Upon arrival, there was nice cold beer in the fridge. What we immediately used together with the host. A very nice space that was fully furnished and where we could sit outside and eat in our “own” garden. A location where we, if we ever come back, definitely want to stay again. Bernhard and Ramona Charlotte thank you!!

For me, it was great :) The host is very friendly. There is a second bedroom, which I had not seen when booking. 👍🏻 It is just in the countryside and 20 minutes to the city center of Regensburg and the ambience is rural, neighborly, but I think that should be clear when you look at the listing :)

We enjoyed an extended WE here. A really nice place to stay. Cozily decorated and very well equipped. With everything you need and more, even with the "little things" - even spices we found in abundance in the kitchen. Great and nice contact with Regina , she was always accessible for questions. The guest folder with tips for bakers, food, shopping, etc. was there as well as all the information about the apartment. So we were able to get started right away. The location is great, very quiet and with beautiful views over the lake. And yet centrally located for activities such as climbing (Hohenglücksteig / Norissteig) , cycling tours through the Oberpfälzer Seenland (four lakes or Schwarzachtal cycle path) or a trip to Donaustauf or Regensburg, which we also made everything extensive. So the 3 days were actually too short.... All in all, a (secret) tip for the region.
