The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. It was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2020. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and consists of a large living room with sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, dishwasher and a double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with shower.
