Das Stadtzentrum ist ca.2,1 km entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen. Für Kinder gibt es mehrere Spielplätze in der Nähe und auch die Anbindung auf die Insel Rügen ist sehr günstig gelegen. Nicht nur Zwei- auch Vierbeiner sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)

Das Güterloft Altefähr wurde im Jahr 1936 zu dem seit 1883 bestehenden Bahnhof Altefähr errichtet. Es diente als Lager- und Umladestation und wurde 2022 aufwendig renoviert. Soweit es der Denkmalschutz ermöglicht, wurde bei der Renovierung auf Nachhaltigkeit und Zugänglichkeit geachtet, so ist das Gebäude mit einer Wärmepumpe versehen und über seine erneuerte Rampe barrierearm zu erreichen.

Unser Haus ist ganz in der Nähe der Stadt Greifswald und auch die Hanse Stadt Stralsund ist nicht weit entfernt Wir haben eine alte Werkstatt extra für Sie umgebaut, ausgestattet mit Fußbodenheizung, Fernseher, Wlan und hochwertige Matratzen für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
