Michele è un ragazzo splendido, sempre disponibile e preciso , l’alloggio si trova in un punto abbastanza strategico, in 10 minuti si raggiunge la stazione centrale e tutti i bus , 20 minuti a piedi da Bari vecchia e da qualsiasi altra zona , è stato come stare a casa , tutto molto pulito e soprattutto materassi perfetti ( cosa non sempre scontata ) Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio

Hermoso departamento, muy cómodo, habitaciones amplias y todo muy bien decorado, moderno. Tenía todo lo necesario para los viajeros

Vi hade en fantastisk tid i Matera. Romano Prospero och hans fru mötte oss mycket gästvänligt och gav råd om vad man skulle se och var man skulle äta. Badrummet var som en skönhetssalong, det var allt där en kvinna behöver och vi blev imponerade. Köket var också utrustat med allt man behöver. Gångavstånd till centrum och busshållplats.

Logement fonctionnel, proche du centre dans un quartier avec beaucoup de commerces. Tres propre et tres bonne literie. Un peu sombre et bruyant cependant . Parfait pour un court sejour. La cuisine manquait un peu d’equipements.

Appartement très bien situé a proximité du centre ville sans être dans le centre touristique. nous avons pu nous garer sans problème dans la rue. on était comme a la maison..avec deux salles de bain, le luxe!

perfectly located just outside the old town. perfectly appointed,spotless with everything you could need. met by our gracious host who provided info and answered all questions and was readily available. quality linens,dishes and had welcome treats...made us feel very welcome... absolutely 5 star!

Fantastic place, easy to get to and from airport, amazing interior 😁, would come again if I fly to Bari.

The place is as described. 15 min walk to a peaceful and gravely beach. There is a private parking with a gate, which was very convenient for us. The hist is very friendly and responds fast. I would recommend :)

Our stay in Poliagnano a mare was amazing. Annamaria was a fantastic host and our accomodations was homely, clean and perfectly located. This accomodation was perfect for 3. I will be staying here again !!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

An absolutely wonderful opportunity to stay in a traditional home within the old city of Bari. The photos don’t do the house justice, it’s beautiful and the sunny terrace was a huge bonus. Lots of bars and wee shops close by but far enough away to ensure a quiet evening and night. There are a lot of stairs, which kept us fit! But may not suit someone with mobility issues. Highly recommend this family home to anyone planning to base themselves in Bari when exploring Puglia.

Me encantó quedarme en este alojamiento. El lugar está decorado y tiene muebles increíbles (me encanta el ambiente que dan todas las lamparas), denota que se han cuidado los detalles. Patrizia me indicó perfectamente como llegar y aunque hay que bajar unas escaleras, pronto te das cuenta que son pocas para el estándar de Matera. La vista que tiene es inigualable y la facilidad con la que puedes llegar a los diferentes puntos de la ciudad histórica me facilito conocer a fondo Matera. Había muchas cosas para poder desayunar o tener un snack, algo que se aprecia mucho. El espacio de Patrizia aportó en gran medida a lo mucho que disfruté Matera

Logement spacieux, joliment décoré, très propre et conforme à la description. Quartier tranquille et possibilité de se garer devant la maison, c’est très pratique. Hôte très gentil et disponible. C’était parfait merci! Je recommande!

Francesca’s place was great. We were visiting at the beginning of April with the weather particularly cold and windy. Francesca went to great effort to ensure we had fuel for the stove and even switched it on for us when we were out. We’d love to visit a little later in the year when everything is growing as the house is surrounded by cherry trees and grape vines. The house is well furnished, has everything you need to cook, the beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Great! Thanks Francesca.

È stato un piacere interagire con Sandra. Senza chiederle informazioni sulla posizione e orari è stata lei stessa a fornircerle in anticipo. Arrivati sul posto è stata puntuale e ci ha fornito tutte le istruzioni. In casa non manca nulla c'è tutto il necessario per alloggiare. Fornisce tutto il necessario per la colazione. Letto e cuscini comodissimi, posto tranquillissimo. Sandra è una persona squisita.

We had a wonderful week at Claudia’s Airbnb. She was there to greet us gave us great advice and was always quick to respond to all our questions ! Location is perfect with a short stroll into town. We highly recommend a stay at Claudia’s.

Appartamento in stabile storico ed in posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi i vari luoghi di interesse di Bari. Camere spaziose e pulitissimo. Molto preciso e disponibile l’host.

An Oasis in the heart of Conversano near the old town and restaurants/cafes. Property a gem, aircon, our own BBQ in a private courtyard (we had a unit at the back), gas stove, good appliances, plenty of crockery & cutlery. Federica looked after us (Giuseppe's daughter), she was a fantastic, provided new towels after 3 nights, extra coffee and always on hand. Free pool towels. Beds comfy, bathrooms with all amenities and a decent size. Plenty of well priced supermarkets available, Discover the artisan gelateria in the old town, the owner is in his 70's + and done it all his life. Yummy. The pool, ah look at the photos, even spa beds built in each side. Gardens beautiful. Oh and peaceful, no noise. Why Conversano? Not a tourist town but central to all the well known locations of Puglia by car. We were two older couples and stayed for 6 nights, would we come back, definitely. Thank you Federica.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questi nuovi appartamenti e possiamo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero eccellente. Gli spazi sono moderni e molto curati, con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata che offre tutto il necessario per cucinare come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la disponibilità di lavatrice e asciugatrice, che erano liberamente utilizzabili. L'appartamento era estremamente pulito e ben tenuto, un aspetto che ci ha colpito positivamente fin da subito. La terrazza e il giardino anteriore sono davvero incantevoli, decorati con cura e gusto, un posto ideale per rilassarsi. Ci sono diverse opzioni per il parcheggio, il che è stato molto comodo, e la posizione è super centrale. A pochi passi ci sono ristoranti, farmacie e supermercati, rendendo tutto facilmente accessibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marta ed Enzo, che sono stati incredibilmente amichevoli e disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente!

Very easy comunication. Very fast and easy check in. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Great loation. There was cheap parking in the neighborhood.

We had a great stay at Graziana’s place - perfect for a quick trip to Bari! Right next to the train station and bus stop, making our day trip to Matera and check in / out super convenient! 20 min walking distance to Bari vecchia. The place was super clean and had so many wonderful touches from the host, including a digital camera that we were able to take around on our travels and receive a link with all our photos afterwards! The balcony overlooking the park (and the park’s cat colony!) was lovely as well. Definitely recommend.
