A reserved parking space in the internal courtyard allows you to easily reach and explore the entire historic center on foot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. In 2023, the entire building was completely insulated, ensuring an ideal climate in both summer and winter.

Si tratta di un'abitazione caratteristica del rione sassi realizzata internamente ed esternamente in tufo. Il nome "La Cantina" nasce dal ricordo del luogo in cui il caro nonno paterno realizzava il vino di sua produzione. La casa si compone di camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e zona giorno provvista di angolo cottura attrezzato. Non è adatta ad ospitare gatti.

"Quercus" is a 19th century building, located in the historic center of Alberobello, within the magnificent setting of the trulli (typical local buildings and UNESCO heritage site). The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, each with a private and independent bathroom, and a kitchenette. One of the two rooms has a terrace from which to admire the trulli of the "rione monti" and "aia piccola". Quercus will make you savor the atmosphere and flavors of a one-of-a-kind land.

Extremely welcoming even just for the conformation, hollow and rounded it looks almost like a mother's womb. The bathroom, although small, has a bidet and a shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini-bar and free WiFi. A rich and special breakfast buffet is included in the cost of the cave.

The spaces have been furnished with a hint of reference to the history of the peoples who have lived for centuries in these caves, without removing anything from the comfort that modernity has given us. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
