This new house is the most quiet place 10mn from the sea and 5 from the village! The amazing view over the moutains, the village and the sea! You will love it! 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room, a beatiful kitchen with large terrasse, a cozy living room and a small office room. There is also a large terrasse 360 derees on top of the house with a fantastic view. The pool is 15 meter, down the house in the middle of the olive trees. Pool is shared with another house for 4 people.

I was very happy with the apartment and time spent in Molfetta and around Puglia!! The location of the apartment was great, although I was a little annoyed with the street noise (cars etc) and the loud next door neighbours (other guests I guessed) during nighttime. In the apartment was everything I needed. Only a kettle to make tea would have been great (since evenings were becoming chilly in November and the radiator was still off 😅). I didn't meet Maria in person, but she was available via messages and was very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot!

Anna and her family were kind and helpful. It felt right at home, the garden and of an indescribable beauty. The sea is a few meters away, a minute's walk away by simply crossing the road at the bottom of the garden. Our little dog Audrey was welcomed with affection by Anna and her cats and on the beach where she could swim freely. Thanks Anna!

Staying at Lucia’s place was a wonderful choice! Lucia is an incredibly helpful, friendly, and warm host. She welcomed us personally and greeted us with local snacks, which was such a lovely touch. She also gave us great recommendations about things to do in the area. The apartment was exactly as described—very cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Its location is absolutely perfect—ideal whether you want to explore the Old Town, relax on the beach, or travel around the region. It’s very close to the central station, with easy access to trains and buses to nearby towns. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again if I get the chance!

Our stay was wonderful. Claudio and mum were very very helpful. Being so close to the sea was a blessing and the house offered everything we needed. We found a generous welcome with wine, pasta, and fruit. It was all we needed after a long trip in case we didn't want to go out that night. They were really really nice. If only, I'd suggest adding to the house explanations that visitors need water shoes to go into the water. There is no sand on this beach and rocks can be very slippery. Otherwise fully recommendable!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Melograno! The place is located in the centre of Matera which was very convenient for my elderly parents. The accommodation has an amazing view of Matera, is beautifully decorated and it is exactly how is shown on the photos. Anna is a great host very responsive and helpful. This place was the final place for our 8 day Puglian trip. This was coastal with a great holiday vibe; perfect to round off our previous 2 places - ancient, historic & the other a rural Trulli retreat. Bari airport was an easy short drive so we had time to grab a coffee & pastry & to buy Italian Easter cakes to take home too. Anemone was perfectly placed for great restaurants and bars, gift and clothes stores. Anything we needed. We also Discovered on our last day how near the train station was so maybe another time we will pop over for a long weekend from Campania. We will be back. Well done Giuseppe; you’re a great host 💚🤍♥️

An apartment in a great location, at a very good price. Everything is as described – clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A big plus was easy contact with the owner and easy, convenient check-in. The only downside is that the water in the shower heated up a long time, but other than that, everything was great. Would love to come back again!

We had a fantastic week! The appearance of the cottage brought us all the way into the vacation atmosphere, a private property with swimming pool, jacuzzi and beautiful garden. Matteo gave us a clear explanation with suggestions for restaurants in Alberobello and Daniele immediately helped us all week if we needed him for anything.
