Monthly Rentals in Alstonvale

One of my favourite Airbnbs! A peaceful, idyllic rural retreat. Easy commute to Lismore for supplies, local walking trails, waterfalls, and the coast. The local countryside is beautiful. A Thai 'pop up truck' serves dishes, less than 10 minutes away.

I had an amazing stay, The cottage had all creature comforts of home, wished I shopped in readiness for cooking on the Webber. It is a perfect setup on the patio with all necessities for cooking and clean up. Attention to details such as insect repellant and citronella candles. There's a comfy couch and TV (not for me) . I perched myself in the study nook with the supplied bluetooth speaker and caught up on some belated tasks on my computer. Surprisingly productive, maybe there was no distraction except for the snoring of my dog (Tucker) at my feet. Capsule coffee machine available which I might have overindulged. I knew it was going to be a pleasant stay when I first arrived, I went to stow my drinks in the fridge to find a couple of chilled glasses waiting for me.

What a score! We loved staying at the bamboo farm. The surrounds are beautiful, the place is very homely and Matt was so helpful and friendly. The kids loved the animals, the farm and the buggy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Spectacular location! Access to your own creek for swims and relaxation. Quite central to the Byron Bay Area which we explored everyday. The third room was a bit pokey with 2 small single beds but the 2 main bedrooms were amazing! Kitchen was fully kitted out and loved the Breville coffee machine as a touch of luxury! An espresso in the mornings on the verandah overlooking the creek was a favourite thing to do for me! We will be back!
