Old town Villa | "Neuschwanstein"

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.

Charming place central and quite

Check-in was very easy and relaxed by self check-in, which I found very pleasant. In the apartment, we felt super comfortable right away and nothing was missing. The kitchen in particular was positive, as it really had everything you need and nothing was missing. The beds were clean and tidy and both bathrooms were also very clean. The TV was perhaps a little small for our taste, but we did not need it often, as you are more likely to hike in Füssen. All in all, it was really a very good stay and the apartment was great. I would therefore always recommend it!

Beautiful surroundings, appreciated Heidi making the 2nd bed in the living area for our kids In preparation for our arrival!

We absolutely loved Franziska’s place !! It was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view. A perfect location, only a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful town of Fussen. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Franziska is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful. Perfect !

We are "repeat offenders" and have now stayed in this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have taken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can also be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)
