Great house perfect for a group of friends or family. Close by to kalavrita town and about half an hours drive from the kalavrita ski resort. Cozy, clean and spacious with a great fireplace. The host was always available for if we ever needed anything. She provided very clear instructions on the location of the property and provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. We highly recommend Vallys house and it will definitely be on our list for next time. Thank you for accommodating us!

Dieser Urlaub war ein Stück Paradies auf Erden. Teti und ihre Familie haben uns warmherzig aufgenommen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt: der Strand war einige Meter entfernt und die Stadt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Mithilfe der Tipps von Teti hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub und konnten in das griechische Leben eintauchen. Das ist definitiv nicht unser letztes Mal gewesen und es war dank Teti einer der schönsten Aufenthalte die ich bisher erleben durfte. Ich bin absolut glücklich und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

Un séjour impeccable dans une très belle maison. Les hôtes sont toujours disponibles et conseillent volontiers sur les lieux incontournables. Tout est très bien aménagé et équipé. Parking à proximité pour plusieurs voitures.

Το σπιτι ηταν υπεροχο, στην φυση με ιδιωτικοτητα! Ο κηπος ηταν πανεμορφος και τα παιδια επαιζαν με ασφαλεια! Πραγματικα θεωρω οτι αδικειται απο τις φωτογραφιες, ηταν πολυ πιο ομορφο απο κοντα. Ο Αγγελος ηταν εξαιρετικα φιλικος, και παντα σε επικοινωνια μαζι μας για ο,τι χρειαστικαμε. Μας προσεφερε καρπους απο τα δεντρα και μας εφερε πολλακις ξυλα για το τζακι! Η κουζινα ηταν πληρως εξοπλισμενη και δεν μας ελειψε τιποτα. Το σπιτι ηταν τεραστιο και χωρεσαμε ανετα 4 οικογενειες. Ενας μικρος παραδεισος που ηταν διπλα απο το κεντρο του Αιγιου, κοντα σε Καλαβρυτα και αλλα ομορφα μερη! Το σπιτι το νιωσαμε σαν δικο μας. Δεν μας ελειψε τιποτα κατα την διαμονη μας και σιγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκευθουμε. Το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα, για ηρεμες διακοπες. Ειχε και ψησταρια στον εξωτερικο χωρο που μας επετρεψε να χαρουμε τον κηπο. Ο Αγγελος ειχε προνοησει και για το μωρο που ειχαμε μαζι και μας ειχε τοποθετησει και κρεβατι μωρου σ ενα απο τα δωμματια!

Αρχικά η επικοινωνία με την Ελένη ήταν εξαιρετική. Άμεση στις ερωτήσεις μας, μας έδωσε κάθε πληροφορία για το σπίτι ευγενικότατη και φιλική. Σε συνδυσμό με την υποδοχή που είχαμε από τους Μαίρη & Γιώργο, μας έκανε πραγματικά να νοιώσουμε μέλη της οικογένειας τους. Το σπίτι, πρόκειται για έναν χώρο που φαίνεται ότι είναι φτιαγνένος με μεράκι, με προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες αλλα και με πολύ γούστο. Υπέροχος κήπος με όμορφα λουλούδια παντού, φροντισμένο φυσικό γκαζόν και λεπτομέρειες που σου έφτιαχναν την διάθεση. Απολύτως λειτουργικό, με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς να είναι στην διάθεση σου, χωρισμένο σε δύο επίπεδα και ο καθένας με το δικό του μεγάλο μπάνιο. Γι αυτούς που τους αρεσει το ψήσιμο υπάρχει ενα λειτουργικότατο bbq με τραπεζαρία για ατελείωτες ωρες χαλάρωσης, στον χώρο του κήπου. Δύο παραλίες προσβάσιμες με τα πόδια σε απόσταση 3-5 λεπτών, εξαιρετικές για παιδια και μία όμορφη ησυχη γειτονιά, για ξεκουραση και οικογενειακές διακοπες. The house is exactly as described and really is on an olive farm. The location is idyllic amongst the olive trees. Charles provided excellent instructions so could find the house, you can't go wrong if you follow them. We read some guests were concerned about the road up to the house, it is unpaved in part but not too steep. Our hired automatic Corsa had no trouble. We were left a very good selection of initial supplies, milk, bread milk etc and the house is well stocked with essentials. The local beach is gigantic, magnificent and was sometimes rough during our October stay. Maybe not so good for young children. We visited famous sites such as Olympia (of course, it was great) and found some less visited places hiking in the mountains. Neda waterfall gorge was very good. A great stay, much to see, very comfortable house and aimiable host (learned a a bit about Olive farming, it's hard work). Not many negatives, local towns are a bit anonymous and the local dogs enjoy a good bark.

Excellent, secluded villa in walking distance from a beautiful, sandy beach. The house is spacious and fully equipped. The garden is fantastic. We had lemons and apricots from the trees. Two turtles and a swallow have their nests around the house. Recommended also for families with children. The owner, Leonidas, is an excellent host and always available.

Dimitris is an excellent host, he communicates fast and efficiently, very friendly and hospitable, can give you valuable tips as to what to see, to do, where to eat, where to swim and sunbath. His house is a little treasure in beautiful Monastiraki. It only seems to be small from the first glance, but once you enter, it's like a Narnia, steps up and down revealing different floors, all rooms equipped accordingly and with such an exquisite taste. And above all - that view from n-number of terraces, something to keep in your memories and return next time. Thank you, Dimitris and your family.

Περάσαμε ένα τετραήμερο τέλειο... Ειταν ακριβώς όπως το περιγράφει και ακόμα καλύτερα θα έλεγα... Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και η Οικοδέσποινα μας περίμενε με το χαμόγελο της και ειταν σαν να γνωριζόμαστε χρόνια...Στο σπίτι δεν λείπει απόλυτος τίποτα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια...Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα ξαναπάμε....Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία..

An impressive and comfortable home in an enchanting port side village. The spacious house is beautiful both inside and out. Stella, the host, was extremely nice, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily stay in this wonderful house again.

I can’t say enough good things about the Villa Lelia’s and Haris, our host. The Villa was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Centrally located in town and amidst the shops and restaurants., it was charming and exactly as advertised. Haris was so communicative and friendly and he was constantly surprising us with little treats. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was well and to see if we needed anything. We will be returning, thank you so much for everything!

Dimopoulos was a great host, helped us with all sorts of tips for restaurants and locations to visit. Very attentive. The house was very modern and high tech, very comfortable. The furniture was a bit worn down, but covered with nice covers it was ok. Outdoor erea was great. Lot's of reasons to come back.

We stayed in one villa with 4 families with children and hat a lot of fun. The new and very beautiful villa provides a lot of possibilities (tennis-court,pool). And there are several archeological sites to visit nearby. Our host Dora was always there for us when we needed her.

这次的入住体验非常棒🥳我们一家六口在这里度过了非常温馨的假期。别墅的位置非常优越，距离大海仅有10米🌳推开门就能听到海浪声，看到无敌海景。孩子们每天在海边尽情玩耍，大人们则在阳光下喝咖啡、放松身心，时间仿佛慢了下来。 别墅的设计很有个性，每个细节都能看出主人的用心。房间宽敞舒适，厨房用具、生活用品一应俱全，让我们感到像在家一样自在。这里不仅仅是住宿☺️👍更像是一个充满温度的家。 特别感谢年轻又漂亮的房东，她非常热情和善，给我们提供了很多实用建议，也随时关注我们的需要。她让我们觉得，就像与一位许久未见的老朋友重逢一样，温暖又贴心。🙀😽 这段时间，我们与家人、与大海、与这位新朋友之间建立了美好的回忆。离开时，依依不舍，假期，我们还要回到这里，继续这份美好的相遇。

Ήμασταν 9 άτομα. Περάσαμε ένα πανέμορφο διήμερο στα Καλαβρυτα. Το σπίτι πολύ μεγάλο ευρύχωρο με 4 μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια. Τεράστιο σαλόνι με τζάκι για άραγμα όλοι μαζί. γενικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Η οικοδεσπότης απόλυτα συνεννοήσειμη. Είχαμε και ένα μωράκι και μας εξυπηρέτησε άψογα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Μέσα στο χωριό το σπίτι τέλεια τοποθεσία. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα!

It's just a piece of paradise! The villa and the surroundings are divinely picturesque! It's well located on the hill top that allows you to see the sea from three sides! Villa is fully completed with everything that you can be in need of! The rooms are spacious and very authentically decorated. The cute and refreshing pool is even larger than on photos! The kitchen is like fully equipped with every small detail! Julia and Stavros were so sweet and welcoming! They gave us good tips about places to visit and to eat. All the time we were given some cute things from them: freshly cooked local dishes, her own olives and olive oil, home eggs and herbs. They've advised us great beaches and islands, as well as cute tavernas. We are absolutely sure that we'll come back to this wonderful villa and its surroundings!

It's a great place to stay, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property is even nicer than the photos: the pool is clean and perfect for cooling off after a day's activities. The patio and BBQ area were lovely and perfect for having your breakfast and dinner al fresco. it's very peaceful and the view is stunning. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything you need. The host Irini was very helpful, accommodating, and very prompt with communication. we'd love to come back!

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus umgeben von einem bezaubernden Garten, toller Pool mit vielen Verweilmöglichkeiten. Terrasse im Schatten und mit Meerblick als Wahlmöglichkeit runden das Außenangebot ab. Haus ist sauber, fliegengitter überall, Betten neu und sehr bequem, griechisch eingerichtet, lediglich die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber dies ist natürlich auch immer persönliches empfinden. Rundum, sehr zu empfehlen wer Pool mit Ruhe und Meerzugang in einem sucht!

Η διαμονή μας στη βίλα ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη! Όλα ήταν όπως τα είχαμε συζητήσει στο τηλέφωνο και ακόμη καλύτερα. Ο χώρος ήταν καλαίσθητος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και με φανταστική θέα που μας χαλάρωνε κάθε στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, με τις παραλίες και τα μαγαζιά σε κοντινή απόσταση, ενώ η γύρω περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και βυθισμένη στη φύση, προσφέροντας απόλυτη ηρεμία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν απίστευτα φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

Words cannot explain how amazing Andrea and Anastasia were with their hospitality in this beautiful villa. I will be sure to come back to this home again and will surely recommend to all friends and family who come to Greece from near and far to stay at villa anastasia. The outside space was lush, peaceful, and healing to the soul. The inside was cozy with plenty of open room and an amazing aura that made you feel as if you were at your own home. Unbelievable hosts and an unbelievable home.

Firstly, Georges is a great host. He's always available to improve your stay and extremely reactive. The house is great and the nearby are amazing and peaceful. I warmly recommend the place.

Super schöne Villa. Sehr geschmackvoll, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und hatten als Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (2,4,10 und 12) eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool ist großartig und es gibt sehr viel Schatten (auch im Pool). Auch der direkte Strand (Steinstrand) hat uns sehr gefallen, auch wenn sehr schmal. Für eine große Familie oder mehrere Kleinfamilien einfach perfekt.

A friend and I stayed at Nikolaos's place for 5 nights in late September/early October 2024. We chose the place based on the location - quiet, yet accessible to beach, nearby city (Nafpaktos) and within driving distance to the first Olympic village and Delphi. After picking up our rental care in Athens, we drove about 3 hours to the rental. The road was easy to navigate, although we did not expect as many tolls (we should have done a bit more research). Upon arriving, we let ourselves in and made ourselves at home. We were pleasantly surprised be the basket of lovely Greek treats (the orange bread was amazing) and the selection of the drinks in the fridge. The home is located on the Bay of Corinth. The location is quiet, although you definitely need a car to access the nearby beach and city of Nafpaktos. The views are stunning and the home is spotless. The two front rooms, both with queen sized beds have a view of the bay. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.
