Vacation rentals with a patio in Alphington

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! Thanks for the stay David.

Stunning.... Awesome.... just Beautiful... this place is exactly what I would expect from Paul & Dan having stayed with them a few times now.. Wait till the evening with all the city lights as well... Can't wait to come stay again... Thanks for having me

Tim and Mark were the most amazing hosts! Our wedding week staycation was made even more special by their incredibly welcoming and accommodating nature. Nothing was too much trouble, and the thoughtful touches, like the bottle of wine and local sourdough bread, were so appreciated. The apartment itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a perfect setting for our celebration. The view from the deck is also just spectacular! The location was ideal, putting us within easy reach of our wedding venue and local bars and restaurants. We can't recommend this place enough - it was truly an amazing experience!

It was lovely to stay at Julie’s airbnb. Exactly what I needed for my short stay. I was attending a course and my only regret is I didn’t have more time to spend at the place! I look forward to staying next time I visit Melbourne

We had a wonderful week staying in this Airbnb for the F1, lots of space for our group of 5 people. 5min walk to the train. Great kitchen and outdoor space, the renovation is very nice. I think the space was better in real life! Would definitely stay again if in Melbourne 😊

A great place to house many people. Mostly comfortable beds (the two downstairs aren't amazing), good water pressure and great outdoor living. Pemmy was very responsive to any issues we had and always had a prompt solution/answer. A couple minor things to be aware of; the floor can be a bit creaky in places, you will need to tiptoe around at night/morning to not wake anybody, but it will still creak. The main ensuite hand basin design paired with the tap design splashes water everywhere, and the water pressure in the shower isn't as good (but not unusable) as the main bathroom. For a large group, we'd easily book again as the space was perfect, the linen was plentiful, beds/couch comfortable, and anything we needed help with Pemmy was readily available to help solve for. We absolutely loved this place. Central to everything. Cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. Would highly recommend for a large group due to there being two units which gives plenty of privacy but everyone can come together. Our host was amazing and helped when needed. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Melbourne! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. The location was ideal — close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and some fantastic local spots. It made getting around Melbourne a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne. We enjoyed staying at Andy’s place a lot. It’s in such a good spot, right near High street with lots of restaurants etc. The train station is very close, and two tram lines are a short walk away as well. Despite being very close to the trains and a busy high street, it was very quiet. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay. Close to the MCG and within walking distance to many fine restaurants. The balcony and the view were my favourite. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect location for where we wanted to be. We appreciated having parking and yet walked everywhere as there’s some excellent walking paths nearby. Immaculately presented and very well organised. All amenities provided were of high quality. Vanessa provided excellent, detailed instructions on how to collect the keys, access parking etc which ensured we had no problems at all.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁
