Spacious and stylishly furnished vacation home for up to 4 people on two floors with approx. 100 square meters of living space. 2 balconies + terrace with an additional 30 square meters invite you to sunbathe, chill & enjoy. All rooms are individually designed and have a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano and the mountains. Privacy is very important here, because as the last house on the street and right next to the forest, you are undisturbed - and yet only 10 minutes by car from the center of Lugano.

Baita Alpe Aurelio-Hut Lago Maggiore

Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Independent apartment with private parking and a large terrace. Lake Maggiore and its beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. Outside the house, there are beautiful paths for walking or cycling. During the week, after 2 a.m. there may be noise because there is a baker who works nearby. A car is recommended to get around and to reach the house.
