Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Η μικρή μας μεζονέτα βρίσκεται στην αρχή του χωριού μετά την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Πρόκειται για ένα χώρο φτιαγμένο στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του από ξύλο, που αυτό το καθιστά ζεστό τον χειμώνα και δροσερό το καλοκαίρι. Στο κάτω πάτωμα βρίσκεται η κουζίνα στην οποία θα μπορείτε να προετοιμάσετε τον καφέ και το τσάι σας(παρέχονται δωρεάν από το κατάλυμα).
