Unwind in this unique, seaside and quiet home. You live in your own loft with a large balcony with great sea view. Beach is 200m away and cliff bath about 500m. Private toilet is located in dwellings. There is no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse off in the sea or with a bucket in the sauna house. Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
