Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.

If our cat Fabian is home he will be happy to cuddle! *But in winter he may not be, he has holidays too.* With a 10-15 minute walk you can easily access the city center with bus, train and metro. Driving with the car takes 10-15 minutes to the centre.
