Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.

Walking distance to SNØ, grocery store and restaurants. Master bedroom with large double bed and guest room with smaller double bed. Perfect base for both city life and activities all year round with the forest as the closest neighbor as well.

Free parking in the streets. City views. The apartment is suitable for 1–2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. It has a full kitchen, tiled bathroom with a good shower and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. A good desk for home office on the go. A perfect place for those who want to stay near the city, but without the noise.

Both the Airport Bus and the Airport Train from Oslo Airport stop here, so it's very easy to get to the apartment. At the top of the block there is a fantastic roof terrace, just one floor up. There is also access to a top modern grease trap, and only 100 meters to walk to SNØ. Perfect apartment for a weekend in Oslo, a few days at SNØ or to have a modern place to stay right next to Oslo. Rema and Pizzabakeren 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
