The location of the apartment is exceptional; we remarked several times how convenient it was to all the sites, without feeling too touristy. It was also perfect for a family with young children. It's a 90 second walk away from a plaza with a great playground and delicious restaurants all around it. And they had a huge selection of toys and books for all ages and languages in the apartment. The communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Seville, the flower of my trip to Spain. I was thinking about whether to do Airbnb because I prefer hotels, but I decided to go with Airbnb because I was traveling with my baby, and it was so nice that I thought I would have been in trouble if I hadn't come here! Everything is 5 minutes away, and it's close to the downtown area, but quiet. And the tapas restaurant right in front is an oasis-like restaurant that's perfect for going down and having a beer when you're hungry. I was grateful for the friendly host and that everything I needed was prepared (baby crib, etc.). The road that opens the big gate and passes the central garden will be remembered for a lifetime 🥰

Very nice, bright, comfortable flat right around the corner from Alameda de Hércules. Elitsa was very thoughtful and generous. When she saw that it would be raining when I arrived she bought an umbrella and it was waiting for me when I checked in. Overall it was a fantastic stay in Sevilla.

A perfect location for a visit to Jerez. Had I had a car the underground car park would have been amazing. The flat was secure and in a beautiful location 5 mins walk from the centre and many excellent restaurants. I stayed for two weeks and experienced all the sights and sounds of his little city. If you’re visiting at the weekend the locals can keep late hours so bring earplugs. I visit Jerez every few years and intend this location to be our go to stay in the future. On one occasion I left my keys at work and the hosts were easily able to let me into the residence without a fuss. I can’t recommend the hosts enough! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Could do with being stocked with a few kitchen basics (e.g. coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing up liquid). But otherwise everything was spot on.

I really enjoyed staying here! The location is great, easily accessible to the Setas, Sierpes, the Alameda as well as the Cathedral. The apartment matched the description and all the amenities were very helpful for our group staying here. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is clean, bright and well-equipped. It is located in a quiet alley, close to many shops and cafes/restaurants. We did not meet Nacho but communication with him was very easy. He is extremely responsive and friendly Check-in and checkout are independent, which is convenient in case of late arrival or early departure as was our case. Finally, the taxi driver recommended by Nacho was efficient and reliable!

We had a very nice week in Jerez and Per's apartment. The apartment was fully equipped (even had a roof terrace!) and the center of Jerez was easy to walk to. The contact with Per was very good.

This was our first time at Seville and we loved the neighborhood. We could walk 20-30 mins in any direction and could cover all the sights. Lots of bus stops at door step as we love travelling by public transportation. We liked the fact that the house was cool especially as the weather was really hot during the day. Anastasios was very responsive towards any questions we had and was always at hand to help. We totally recommend the place.

Thomas met us on arrival and showed us round the apartment and explained everything to us, as well as giving us lots of tips and advice on the local area. The apartment was super clean and just right for our 3 night stay and we managed to see everything we wanted walking from the apartment. Very close by there are many restaurants and bars, handy after a long day of walking. I highly recommend this apartment, good value for money and very responsive hosts.
