A wonderful apartment in a safe gated complex. Miguel’s videos were very helpful in finding the parking spot, which is a short walk to the lift then the front door. There are no steps from unloading the car to being inside the apartment. As others say, the terrace view is breathtaking and a very beautiful place to be in the mornings watching the sunrise and having breakfast outside. Inside - exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. The dual rain/handheld shower in the ensuite gives a luxury shower experience. There is no air-con in the second bedroom, although there is a fan provided. The only minor issues we had - the tennis court was locked one day we wanted to use it and the concierge was not there at the time we went to book; the lift had an issue (the doors didn’t close properly) but after speaking with the concierge it was fixed later the same day. Miguel was there to answer any questions when we needed, and it was a pleasure to look after his apartment and we hope to return soon

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Fuimos a tele trabajar 10 días y fue todo espectacular. El piso es increíble, amplio, muy cómodo y con una terraza increíble. Wifi funciona perfecto. Además tiene instalaciones con piscina y gimnasio. Excelente ubicación. Lo recomendamos 100% y volveremos.

From the start these owners were amazing with their replies to my questions. Met Jane at the property and what a lovely lady. We got inside and it was just perfect, better than we had thought. Great outside for our dogs and really pretty and well kept. Inside 2 great bedrooms. Our double was so comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Bathrooms so clean and everything you need, loads of extras. Kitchen has everything you need to cook big meals and very nice crockery and glasses. So clean throughout. Comfortable and feels like home. Good telly options There’s a beautiful swimming pool right near the apartment and designated parking spot Jane recommended restaurants and supermarkets. All of which were so good A really lovely, easy stay for us. We were waiting to move into our new home and I can’t think of a more perfect beginning to our new life in Almeria and new friends too

Great place with good view. The apartment has been renovated and all is new. We were very fortunate to be one of the first guests . Everything was in a good state! The balcony is big and very nice to have a meal from with the amazing view. Pool is nice and water temp is amazing. The beach is very close by and has some places to eat and drink as well close by.

Apartamento genial con todo lo necesario, es bastante grande y cómodo. La terraza es un lujo y la urbanización está muy bien. La única pega las almohadas que son un poco duras para mi gusto, y la cama que son de muelles...pero por lo demás genial. No hay nada alrededor para comprar, para todo lo que necesites hay que coger el coche. Las playas están muy cerca solo a 10 minutos.

apartamento en zona antigua del centro, difícil el aparcamiento (coger parking publico) el apartamento estaba bien, reformado a medias, edificio antiguo, en una segunda planta sin ascensor, cogimos el apartamento por tener sauna y jacuzzi, le preguntamos días antes si funcionaba todo perfectamente a lo que nos contesto que si!! nuestra sorpresa fue que al llegar nos dimos cuenta que la sauna estaba desinstalada, hablamos con el y nos dijo que fue un fallo de ultima hora! que nos compensaba con una noche mas de alojamiento, el dormitorio principal de 10, colchón muy cómodo para descansar no había ruido ninguno. para mi tiene un precio muy elevado ya que en la zona que esta ubicado el apartamento es una zona un poco desfavorecida.. lo bueno que a escasos 500 metros esta el centro
