Tastefully decorated with unique artwork, Nespresso, great views and private bathroom with rain shower. The room has a private entrance, ceiling fan and an outdoor seating area. Air- con Jul/Aug (see notes below regarding A/C) * Guests have use of our extensive Mediterranean gardens, complete with hammocks, pool, hot tub (Oct-mid May) as well as the airy living room.

The house is a cave house, the large bedrooms are built into the hillside, this keeps them cool in the summer and warm in the winter. 2 minutes drive away from the centre of Cuevas del Almanzora, a town with its own castle and good restaurants. 15 minutes drive away from the beach in Villaricos and Vera Playa, 10 minutes drive from Desert Springs Golf Club, 10 mins from Lunar cable park (best in Europe)for water skiing, wakeboarding. The pricing is based on 4 people sharing two bedrooms.

It occupies a quiet location with a feeling of being remote, but is only a few minutes walk from the nearest bar/restaurant and village shop. The B&B rooms are light and airy, and all have ensuite facilities. We are located 10 kms north of the A7 / E15 motorway and the large market town of Huercal Overa which has everything you would expect of a town this size.

The house is set in 4 acres of terraced land, planted with olive, almond and fruit trees. We are in rural area of Spain where life is very laid back so a great place to relax, walk, read and recharge. The village of Lubrin is a traditional Spanish village with a couple of bars for tapas, and shops for your basics.
