Simplemente perfecto. El bungalow de Carlos superó todas nuestras expectativas: es aún más bonito que en las fotos, decorado con un gusto exquisito y con cada detalle pensado para que la estancia sea cómoda y acogedora. La limpieza era impecable y la luz natural que entra por la mañana lo hace aún más especial. Pero lo mejor de todo es su ubicación inmejorable, ¡a solo unos pasos de la playa! Despertar y desayunar con el sonido del Mar fue un verdadero lujo. Carlos fue un anfitrión excepcional: amable, atento y siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier cosa. Sin duda, uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado. ¡Volveremos!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! Everything was spotless, tidy, and just as described. The apartment is perfectly located in a peaceful neighborhood, with everything you need close by. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us lots of great recommendations to make the most of our visit. We highly recommend this place and would happily come back!

Très bon séjour, la maison de Sébastien est fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Elle dispose d’une petite terrasse sur la rue avec une jolie vue sur la mer mais surtout sur l’arrière, côté cuisine, d’une cour calme entourée des jardins des discrets voisins. Il y fait bon se reposer et dîner. De belles plages dans le parc naturel de Cabo de Gata et aussi quelques jolies randonnées. Sébastien est en sus un hôte réactif Un maison pratique à recommander

Ophélie's place is exactly the way she describes it, a 5-10 min walk to the Alcazaba, restaurants and lively areas. Breakfast and late drinks on the terrace overlooking the Cerro San Cristobal is a great experience. Ophélie was super helpful, clear instructions and communication. We felt at home. Highly recommend!

La vivienda es muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario y bien ordenada. La terraza es maravillosa y toda la casa es acogedora y confortable. Excepcional el trabajo de arquitectura jugando con el cristal que proporciona una luminosidad muy bien estudiada , en el piso superior tienes una vista excepcional desde cualquier ángulo. Nijar es un pueblo precioso, recomiendo la subida a la Atalaya pasando por el casco antiguo, además estás a media hora de las mejores playas de Cabo de Gata. Peter es muy atento y puntual, nos mostró todos los detalles de la casa y tuvimos una charla muy agradable con él. Sin ninguna duda recomiendo su casa.

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

We had a wonderful few days at Bartolome's place. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable, the view from the kitchen and dining/livingroom is spectacular, and overall the apartment feels really calm and comfortable. Sitting by the pool overlooking Las Negras and the sea in the distance was heaven. You can easily walk down to the village, for short trips or an evening drink. The pool is so nice, and gets sun pretty much all day. The outside kitchen/BBQ really make it convenient to eat-in during the evenings if you prefer. Great shower too. We felt super comfortable overall and communicating with Bartolome was smooth and easy. We'll be back for sure.

Heel fijn appartement op een mooie lokatie in Almeria. We kwamen aan tijdens de nationale stroomuitval in Spanje maar konden elkaar gelukkig snel vinden. Het appartement zelf is prachtig en van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. Sterke aanbevolen!!! :)

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

Wir wurden freundlich von Rocio empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Es gab für jeden ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und etwas nahrhaftes aus der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Am Besten ist der sehr große Balkon mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf das Meer, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Almeria ist nicht gerade die schönste Stadt, aber wer ruhig Urlaub machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Rocia hat sich mehrmals bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob alle sin Ordnung ist und ob wir eventuell noch etwas benötigen. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Positiv ist auch die nehe gelegene Tiefgarage zu erwähnen, die die doch sehr schwierige Parkplatzsuche vermeidet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben..

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

We stayed in the flat for two weeks and fully agree with the reviews. We would especially like to mention the perfect communication with Raquel. Both in the preparation and during the stay. Every question was responded to immediately and thoroughly. Everything (beach, shopping, bars and restaurants) is in walking distance. Towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach are provided. The flat is fully equipped anyway. The a/c and the ceiling fans do a perfect job if you want to have the (soundproof) windows closed due to the heat or the party area in the harbour. A five star rating for sure.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. It is a bright, modern and spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms and a spacious terrace. The views are very good. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large golf course right in front of the apartment. There are also views of the sea and mountain. The only minus point during our stay was that there were lot of mosquitoes in the terrace during the evening, so we couldn't enjoy sitting in the terrace after 8 PM. Apart from that, everthing was perfect.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war herrlich. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt, aber die Gastgeberin hat uns eine Wäscherei empfohlen und uns die Kosten erstattet. Durch die Lage am Meer gab es leider viele Stechmücken, die uns trotz des Mückendprays in der Wohnung jede Nacht heimgesucht hatten. Vor der Wohnanlage wird aktuell gebaut. Ab 7 Uhr morgens hatten wir Baulärm. Die Handtücher rochen nach der ersten Benutzung leider muffig, aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

Encantadora estancia en casa de Friederike y su marido, Joaquín. Su casita independiente, con terraza privada preciosa, lugar silencioso y respetuoso con la naturaleza y los animales. La casa dispone de todo lo esencial y está andando muy cerca del pueblo (10 min). Equipada con ventilador en el salón, estufa para invierno y mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, recomendable llevar algo más para los mosquitos. Pasamos unos días súper tranquilos, son un matrimonio atento, súper amable y nos encantó su cuidado con el entorno y sus gatitos.

Дуже сподобались апартаменти і власник Павел завжди був на звʼязку. Чисто, гарно і з чудовим краєвидом . Зручне розташування, поруч великій супермаркет і зупинки автобуса. Дуже приємний і гостинний власник, за що йому дуже дякуємо.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. La casa estaba super bien decorada y muy acogedora, ademas que estaba muy equipada. El trato ha sido excelente. La ubicación de la casa estaba al lado de la playa y con el paseo maritimo, habia bastante ambiente. Muy recomendable

Un pequeño paraíso!!! Este acogedor apartamento se ubica justo frente al mar, donde el sonido constante de las olas y la brisa marina crean una atmósfera de calma y relajación. Tiene una decoración sencilla pero encantadora,La terraza ofrece una vista panorámica del océano, perfecta para disfrutar del amanecer con una taza de café. El espacio es compacto pero funcional. La terraza cuenta con una mesita, dos sillas y un sofacito que completa este refugio costero, ideal para ver el atardecer o simplemente desconectar.
