The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

The cottage has a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction hob and a small oven for baking rolls in the morning, for example. There is free WiFi, and a TV with Chromecast so you can watch your own series. Outside, there is a terrace with two chairs, a table and possibly a fire pit.
