It's really a beautiful apartment, new, modern, safe. It complies with everything posted. 100% satisfied. Gustavo and Fabi have been really friendly and helpful, responding instantly to any situation. Very clear and agile check-in and check-out. The peace of mind of being able to leave the car in the garage (very comfortable and safe too) is unparalleled. The location is perfect, it is easy to get anywhere in the city thanks to all the transport connections that can be made. I will definitely consider it my first choice when I travel to Buenos Aires again.

Comfortable apartment and very close to the Italian Hospital. Ideal for 2 passengers. The option to rent a garage was very beneficial. Melina and her mom are excellent hosts! They were always attentive to any questions. Very grateful for Melina's empathy and warmth. I would definitely come back again for the birth of another granddaughter!

The apt is extremely nice and new. Shower is great with very good water pressure (important in Buenos Aires). I think it’s a little bit small relative to the price paid but nice to stay there. I didn’t like that the check-in is late compared to other apts.

We stayed for the weekend, the apartment is as seen in the photos, super clean and comfortable. Lucho is always ready and super attentive to respond quickly I recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Had a lovely stay at Maria’s adorable condo. The building felt secure, and the neighborhood was very walkable. Maria was also kind enough to accommodate a late check-out, which we really appreciated since my partner and I had a red-eye flight home that night. ✨

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

It has a very nice view and is very well located, with a subway station right in front.

The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and very conveniently located. Centrally located, but quiet and safe. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The metro and metrobus are a 5-minute walk away. Communication with the hosts was always easy and they answered any questions quickly. I would definitely be back! Thank you so much!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very well located, in an area with restaurants, shops and easy access to transportation. It is cozy and carefully designed, making the most of every space. The hosts were always attentive and responded quickly to any inquiries.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

The space was comfortable, clean, and well located and Veronica was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city.

Martina was very friendly, answered all inquiries and was attentive to everything. Check-in was a breeze and the building's security staff were always in a good mood and helpful. The apartment is very nice and has a lot of things for kids (crib, toys, etc.). Very well equipped. The only thing is that perhaps there is only one stove in the living room, it does not heat the room completely, but with the air conditioning it is well supplied, in addition to the fact that there are many blankets. Bathroom and kitchen also all perfect. To repeat!

Mariano is an excellent host! From the beginning, communication was very clear and precise. The day before our stay, he sent the necessary instructions to be able to enter and manage ourselves inside the apartment. Beautiful apartment, modern, comfortable. The kitchen has all the (new) appliances and utensils needed for cooking. Comfortable bathroom as well as the room, the bed is like being in a hotel, comfortable and impeccable linen. Excellent location with bars, cafes and restaurants nearby to enjoy excellent cuisine. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Buenos Aires

We stayed with 8 months old baby and it worked perfect for us. They have blender, what was essential to make baby food. And the red sofa worked perfectly as a bedside crib. The apartment is quiet and private, with the window to the backyard. It was cleaned well to our arrival. We got all help we needed during our stay. It is located 2 minutes walk from the bakery, so we had a nice breakfast with fresh bread. They were also flexible with our check-out time.

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super nice area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the area, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. Host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations via WhatsApp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!

Laura's apartment is impeccable: super clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a long stay (I stayed a month). The location is excellent, with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Laura was very kind, always attentive and responded immediately every time I contacted her. Highly recommended!
