Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hallein can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Mozart city of Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes, and the nearest ski resort can be reached in 40 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2026, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card and mobility ticket by email.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. The attic of this private house has been converted into a very special, large 115 m² apartment, with a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the covered balcony, topped by a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
