Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoor space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

For the greatest nature experience, you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the lush canals just around the corner. 10 minutes from the shopping center.

Nice cozy house/cottage by the lake. Old wooden beam cottage. Beautiful surroundings, shopping Center and ⛷ ski resort close by. Perfect to rent for your ski Holliday. Please pay attention to that it’s not located in Åmotfors but near Charlottenberg:)) For nice polite guests there is a small boat you can use on the lake.
