Come and discover the Drôme in this quiet, pleasant and air-conditioned cottage located on the hillsides of the hilltop village of Allex. Close to all amenities (pharmacy, medical house, tobacco-press, bakery, pizzeria...) Ideally located for sports activities, hiking, swimming, canoeing, but also mountain biking along the Drôme River, horseback riding, etc. Close to tourist places, the Tour de Crest, Vercors with its past of the Resistance, the hilltop villages of Drôme and their markets.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

You will have an equipped kitchen, a living area, a lounge area with a view, upstairs a master suite, XL shower, 160 cm bed, standard bedroom with shower and 2 twin beds. Beautiful wooden terrace around the pool, dining area under the awning, lounge area, deckchairs and BBQ.

Located in the Drôme, the studio is independent, on the ground floor of a stone house, facing a flowery and wooded garden. Bright in the afternoon, cool in summer, it is fully equipped with kitchenette and bar table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and classic toilet. Two beds are available: a 120 x 200 cm bed in the bedroom and a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed in the main room.
