I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Covered terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Upstairs living room with TV and dormitory with 4 single beds.

Located in the peaceful village of Pardines, near Issoire and Clermont-Ferrand, it offers 2 terraces, a brazier area and a spa for relaxing moments in the heart of nature. Wood is omnipresent with a warm decor and unique creations in solid oak. 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine (not suitable for young children).

At an altitude of 1000 meters, you can stop in peace to indulge in your favorite activities, outdoor, gastronomic or sightseeing. Many paths to discover the middle mountain await you next to the accommodation. The Grandval Dam, castles, Garabit Viaduct are nearby.
