We really enjoyed our stay - the flat was spotless, tastefully furnished and in a great location. The check‑in process was smooth and the host was responsive throughout. My only small gripe was the rigidity around check‑in and check‑out times. Check‑in wasn’t available until 4 PM, and check‑out strictly at 10 AM (with a hefty £35 fee to arrive earlier). Our cleaner arrived at 10:15 AM, which felt a little tight. If the host could offer even a 30‑minute buffer on either end, it would make arrivals and departures much more relaxed. Overall, highly recommended - just be aware of the fixed times!

Had a lovely stay for my birthday with friends. It was so peaceful and we loved using the sauna and hot tub. The lodge was clean and comfortable and met our needs for the weekend. It is only a short drive from local towns so we were able to go out for dinner and lunch nearby in Evesham and Studley. The hosts were lovely and friendly. I liked how they left us supplies to make s’mores on the bbq outside. We really enjoyed doing this. I would definitely recommend The Den and would revisit in the future.

What a great stay- myself and my bachelorette group stayed here for the weekend and it was beautiful. Very close to local shops and food. Easy to get an uber to the bars. And the host left the most beautiful flowers for our arrival. Very happy with our stay here.

We had a lovely night's stay in Alison's annex whilst exploring the Cotswolds/Stratford for the weekend. Beautiful surroundings, great food at The Bell pub in the village, and great location just 10 mins south of Stratford. Everything you could need was provided and was perfectly clean. Thanks again!

The cabin is in a fantastic position; we enjoyed watching the swan and goslings and walking in the private bluebell woods. We had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and Naomi and Mark could not have been more helpful.

Ally & Simon are incredibly great & helpful hosts. Their accommodation is absolutely spot on, clean & modern. Beautiful garden and the whole house. Definitely recommend staying there, very close to the town centre, great location. Parking spot in front of the house. We will be definitely coming back. Thank you for having us & the support on marathon. Definitely people that they care about their guests & their place.

Our stay was for a family wedding nearby and house was ideal for a group of friends (some of whom had never met before). The number of bathrooms made this particularly easy for us. Big table in the garden was a lovely please to sit and chat and eat. We may return and explore the area further next time.

Charlotte's place is easy to find and very neat and tidy. It has quick and easy access to the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon along the river, which is very convenient. The beds were comfortable too. Great location!
