Kick back & relax in this newly rebuilt 1 bedroom home. It’s very clean and comfortable. High speed internet & an Amazon firestick are provided for you. Positioned on a 1/2 acre in Lafontaine (8-10 min from Marion & 15 min from Wabash.) This is the first rebuilt home at this location. There are 7 other small homes that sit vacant at this property, which in time will be rebuilt in the future. (2025?) The location is VERY quiet. Easy walk to the thriving downtown activities. Feel at home when traveling! Planned for families traveling together. I tried making the perfect place for my sister, brother-in-law, two nieces, and their dog, to look forward to staying with me when they come back home to Fort Wayne for visits. Everything you would want to feel at home is provided. Amazon Prime TV with Netflix, board games, interesting books, Alexa for music, fully stocked spice cabinet, and original local art work!

It's less than 4 minutes from Parkview Field, Headwaters Park, The Grand Wayne Center, The Landing, Fort Wayne Outfitters (kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals) and Promenade Park that has food trucks galore and live music every Wednesday. This property is set up for all your needs while you stay with a fully furnished house including all kitchen supplies down to the spices. We are happy to host your pet, with a non-refundable pet fee. You'll be able to pack light, as we have a washer and dryer on site. You'll also enjoy easy meal prep and clean up with a new dishwasher. Our apartment is 1600 square foot fully furnished basement with 1 bathroom with walk in shower, 1 bedroom with a full sized bed...full living room with 65" TV with surround sound. A full kitchen, with hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. A great quiet location on a caulisack with a nature preserve behind home. The apartment has a separate entry way. Basement is a closed off with door and can be locked for privacy.
