Super guest, great location! The host was more than friendly and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need.

Very convenient place to move in the central areas and to the most important attractions. House equipped with everything you need to cook(pans, salt, oil...). Supermarket just a stone's throw from the apartment. Very friendly host and available for any information.

The apartment is located in a lively and pretty neighborhood of Seville. It is uncomplicated, large and practically furnished and is very quiet. José welcomed us warmly and explained everything, he also gave us many tips and recommendations. The parking space in the underground parking lot was practical for us. But then we didn't need the car in Seville. The Setas are 10 minutes from the apartment, the cathedral 20-25 minutes, it has many bars, restaurants and small shops nearby. Good apartment for a family trip to Seville, highly recommended.

The location is ideal for all city tourists in Seville and there was really nothing missing in the accommodation! In addition, several keys were available and our wish for a flexible check-in was also fulfilled! All in all, a clear recommendation, we felt very much at home.

Being in the center of Seville, being in a calm and decent environment, being clean and able to access everything we needed at home and having an affordable price was invaluable. If I come again, I would like to stay in the same place. Thanks for everything

The apartment was perfect for our needs and brilliantly located for both the local area (Triana) and wider sights of Seville across the bridge. We absolutely loved the apartment and Seville. We brought 2 of our teenage sons and the three bedrooms and living space were ample. Whilst very close to bars, shops and restaurants the apartment block was quiet and the terrace was a sun trap and also served as a haven for brunch with a book. Yes … like any city there were occasional disturbances through the night but rarely prolonged enough to impact on a good nights sleep. Laureen was very responsive and it was great that she met us on arrival and helped us settle in. We would look to book here again without hesitation.

I stayed for four weeks in this nice, spacious and homely apartment that is very tastefully decorated. It was my first "workation". The air B&B feels like a home. In the kitchen there are herbs and spices that you can use! I was unfortunate that it rained a lot so I was unfortunately unable to make little use of the green courtyard. The neighborhood but especially the people here stole my heart: the bakery on the corner, the bar la Pajarita, the small pizza restaurant Carusi on Calle Baños....I'm homesick and I'll definitely be back. My contact was through Juan who speaks good English. He is so very friendly. I was very lucky to stay here for four weeks. See you soon!

Location Location Location! 5 star location close to the bars, restaurants, everything local! Very non touristy - at least when I was there. Not an American fastfood chain in sight! Everything is local! It makes me love it even more. The check in was easy and was shown into the apartment by Cristina. The apartment is quite spacious. Has AC, and other comforts. It felt like someone’s home than an airbnb. Instantly felt at home. The building didn’t have a lift, but 3 flights are good! But you are already warned while booking about the absence of a lift. I would stay here next time happily! It was a great stay!

The house is great, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outside but it's really good.

A wonderful stay in the middle of calm pastures. El Buitron is a quick car ride away from Valverde where you can find a big supermarket and great selection of local restaurants. There are so many hiking trails around this area, easily accessible within a few minutes by car. The space itself is very luminous and has everything you need. The lounge area is spacious and has a gorgeous view. Communication with the co-hosts was fast and easy.

We had a great time at Puri's place. The accommodation was easy to access and so was the entrance very easy. Conveniently located we were able to do everything on foot with bars and restaurants nearby. The number of bathrooms compared to the number of bedrooms is fine too because there were 12 of us and it was really convenient. There are also plenty of living spaces. Wishlist for the rooftop terrace which is really a plus! Practical info, a locker is right in front of the property, for the day of departure it's very convenient. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

We stayed here with two families: 8 people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) and it was PERFECT. With three levels, this gave us some nice spacing. All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable and everyone slept well. Location is amazing - we were minutes from multiple coffee shops, a grocery store, and great shopping including bars and restaurants. Staying in this neighborhood, be prepared for street noise, but it didn't impact our sleep - close the windows and we used a white noise app on our phones and it worked great. A previous review notes a sewage smell from bathrooms - an easy fix was we just closed the sink drains when not in use. Smell went away immediately. I cannot express enough how much we loved staying here; I would gladly stay again. Communication with hosts was prompt and helpful.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

Very good stay with Teresa who was very welcoming, kind, generously offered us delicious oranges from her garden, we enjoyed ourselves! The house and garden were very nice . Thanks again!! Only "downside", the barking of dogs in the neighborhood (probably a kennel) in the day and evening, but Teresa can't help it unfortunately 🙂

Recommended very quiet place to be with your family

Nkoula's house is really perfect for a large group: there were 9 of us and we used the 6 bedrooms on 3 floors and the 5 bathrooms available. All rooms are clean, perfect and well maintained, the house is very large and the rooms have very comfortable beds. The kitchen on the first floor is very nice and functional, perfect for a breakfast all together. In short, we had a fantastic 2 days also thanks to the courtesy of Nkoula and her beautiful home . Thanks again, on the next vacation in fantastic Seville!!

It was great. It was just as described and in the photos. Beach access can't be beat. Parking. Diego was always available and attentive to everything. He resolved all our doubts. The welcome was magnificent with details upon arrival. I loved it. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect location for visiting Seville on foot. Very pleasant and well-equipped accommodation. Location for renting bikes at the bottom of the apartment. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

An ideal apartment for family holidays. We went to visit Doñana National Park and it is very well located to go to the interpretation centers of the park, the beach, and several interesting places such as the Rocío, Palos de la Frontera or the marshes of the Odiel. Many trails to do very close. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you may need, and Joaquín is a very good host always looking out for you to be at ease and you don't miss anything. We were in December and we didn't get cold, it has heat pump in the living room and the master bedroom, and with this perfect. If we were back in the area we would certainly repeat.

The apartment was very comfortable and the location was wonderful. It is steps from the beach and a great beachfront restaurant. Víctor was an excellent host and provided some very helpful recommendations.
