This has been our family second home for over two decades and one we've watched come alive from nothing. Set in a rustic 5 acre farm with a rivulet that runs by the property (unfortunately only in the monsoon), Rashmi Farms is a great place to disconnect from the city (though we have wifi if you must work). You can enjoy walks around the farm and nearby villages, a dip in the pool, or just put up your feet with a book. All this just 2.5 hours drive from Mumbai.

We visited the property early march 2024,and I have to say it's been one of the best experiences , we were there with out family and it was wonderful ,from the service to the food to the place everything was impeccable , highly highly recommend this property ! special mention to the staff Vishal and Gautam they were extremely efficient and very humble All in all a superb experience,and a must visit and very special thank you to the manager Rajen Mi So Overall an superb experience and a superb property

Beautiful Villa with Pool- Kihim

We stayed at the villa over the weekend and had a really lovely time. The house itself is spacious and airy, with a beautiful outdoor area that is very lush. The pool was great – perfect for relaxing and cooling off. One of the highlights was the food. Everything we had was fresh, well-cooked, and delicious. The location is also a big plus – very close to the jetty, which made getting there super easy. The team was fantastic – very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. If I had to point out anything, it would be that the kitchen and common bathroom could be cleaner and better maintained. There were also quite a lot of red ants. I understand it's a garden setting, but there were just too many. Additionally, the outdoor areas and hall could definitely use more seating. However, all in all, it’s a wonderful place to spend time with friends or family and just unwind. We'll definitely be visiting again!

The time we spent at "Leaf Exotica" was Amazing. The villa is easy to locate whether you are trying to reach there via ferry or directly by road. Villa was similar to what the picture displays, its well maintained and very clean. The pool was pretty big and hygienic. The host are very friendly and helpful, they also were happy to accept our request to check-in early. They serve delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner which contains authentic Malvani cusines which is a must try. Restaurants, beaches, tourist spots etc are easily accessible from the villa. It's a good place to detox and enjoy your stay.

The entrance features a welcoming archway adorned with abundant white Bougainvillea blooms, surrounded by lush greenery. Stone steps lead up to a wooden door, accented by a lantern, inviting guests into a serene space.
