The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. The ocean view dining room is great, it is very well equipped with everything necessary for a stay of 4-6 passengers. The kitchenware is very complete and also has a coffee machine (which we did not use, but nice that it is) and a bottled water dispenser that saved us because there was just a pipe problem in the building during our stay and we were able to use that water while the administration people fixed the problem. The TVs in the rooms run smoothly with cable TV, but they are not smart TVs. The mattresses on the beds could be renovated, the one in the master bedroom is already in decline. The wifi works fine. The building has an elevator for people with reduced mobility, but it only worked on request with reduced hours until 4pm, after the second day of consulting the staff. The temperate pool on the premises did not work while we were. Rest of the pristine enclosure.

The Dpto is beautiful, has all the comforts to spend a few relaxing days, there is no bully, they are all very respectful and the green areas are fantastic to go walking with children

Julio is an excellent host, the apartment is beautiful and the location is even better. The only negative is the doorman who was at the entrance to the beach, a very rude older man, even rude to us. In addition, the condominium is not pet friendly, just for that reason, the stay was not ideal. Thanks Julio!

Very good choice since it has everything you need , the features of the condominium are perfect , we enjoyed the tempered pool every day together with my family , the comfortable apartment with an incredible view, we would return without a doubt.

Beautiful apartment and it's even much nicer than what you see in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy, it also had everything you need to cook which was essential in our stay, the condo is beautiful and has many activities to do inside, communication with the host was super good and all the instructions were clear so it was super easy for us to check in and check out, the walk down to the beach is about 10 minutes (the walk up is a bit difficult haha) and around the condo there is a small supermarket and small shops to buy things in case you forgot to bring something, in general our stay was super good.

And some fixes that need to be fine-tuned, such as the electrical theme that is not well finished. But that's it. Just clarify the conditions of rent in relation to the final deep grooming, that we understood that it was towards them and it was charged, and that they were not clear. We had a very quiet day, the house is very comfortable, very close to the beach (which we love) and with good land to leave the cars. The enclosure is closed and secure. I want to thank Luciano for his kindness and very good service always, we will definitely come back, I recommend it 100%
