Patrick's villa was perfect for our needs. We were two families, with a few extras, ranging in age from 10 to 81. Everyone had their own space and the villa is designed so that there is plenty of opportunity to be together, but also room to be by yourself. The pool and the views of the sunsets are amazing, and boules, ping pong and the hot tub were great amenities to have. We didn't rent the gym and extra beds so can't comment on those, but the main house and annexe were all great. the kitchen is extremely well equipped and there were a lot of basic supplies. Severine was very amenable and efficient showing us around when we arrived - she kindly waited until we got there from our ferry. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this place for a large group, and hope to come again!

Great stay at the accommodation. The bedding is very nice, the only small thing, the outdoor chairs should be replaced but apart from that nothing to say. Highly recommend, great host Very clean, well-kept and quiet residential complex in a great starting point (restaurant, beach, supermarket... reachable in about 5 minutes by car). The pool is really very nice and heated. The T3 queen size bed apartment was also clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you might need! Baby equipement (bed, high chair, ...) is also available. The host is super friendly, good communication and conversation in English possible... he gives great advice and is very helpful and friendly... all in all, this apartment and the entire complex is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

A dream! We enjoyed it a lot. The kids could run and play without us having to watch them 24/7. The pool was covered, but easily accessible if we wanted to swim. Jean was incredibly nice and helpful. She even lent us her car when ours was in the garage. Really highly recommended!

Super nice house, very quiet environment, splendid view! Exterior and very functional interior, we spent most of the time outside, the outdoor kitchen is super friendly and convenient. The pool area is wide so it allows everyone to find their space (even with children enjoying the pool) and very well secured. Each room has its own bathroom which allows everyone to have their own space. The 1st beach is 5 minutes by car, ideally located between Calvi and Rousse Island. The host is ultra responsive and friendly, a great vacation!!

Great accommodation that I would highly recommend! I recommend it 200%. Of course the apartment dates from the 70s, but it is very well-equipped, very good layout with large spaces (we were 4 adults and 1 child) and has a really ideal location in the center of Calvi and at the same time in a quiet residence. Totally as described, all the necessary amenities, and the host is friendly and always ready to give you advice. Really flawless, don't hesitate. Big plus a breathtaking view of the sea, mountains and the citadel of Calvi (which is worth it because 4 floors to climb😉). Thanks to the host for this perfect accommodation 👍🏻

Pleasant little accommodation in the heart of a typical Balanin village. The place is a little outdated and a few items are missing in the small kitchen, but the price takes this into account and is suitable.

Michel's place is perfect. The view of Ile Rousse is sensational and the sunsets are fantastic. The pool and the whole garden are also extremely lovingly laid out. The equipment of the apartment and the terrace is wonderful. Michel and Isabelle are very charming and warm hosts who have created a little paradise. We will be happy to come back!

You feel like you're in the countryside while being a minute from town. Tony greeted each of us with a bottle of wine and sat to chat with us for a moment upon arrival. He also helped get our bags and car up the driveway, which was extremely appreciated and helpful. Our car was not 4x4, but was able to make the trek. Going on foot up the drive is laborious, but doable if you don't feel comfortable driving. The house was cozy and spacious and had plenty of ammentities that you usually only find in places that are lived in.

It's a beautiful eco lodge with a lot op privacy. It has a large garden, that is quite well sheltered from the road and the other homes on the plot. It's located off the main road, so there's not a lot of traffic. Calvi is a short drive away, as is a splendid Spar supermarket with it's own bakery. But there are many more tiny towns, villages and wine houses close by that are also worth visiting. Communicating with Herve/Florence went very swiftly. Even when we had some questions during our stay, she answered very quickly. Orientated on the west you can see the sunset every evening. The mountains are located in the east, so you won't be enjoying many views directly from the house on those. The eco part means that it has a salt based swimming pool, which was great in our opinion, although it's not very deep, but it is heated. And the water pressure in the showers inside isn't particularly high. Furthermore it's a cute little lodge, that was perfect for us and our baby.

Our family with 2 small kids had a great stay. A lot to do in the area, Philippe had great recommendations for hiking routes and good beaches.

Exceptional! A peaceful oasis that feels good. The site is beautiful and Valerie and her husband are very welcoming and caring. The place we have occupied and the garden are very neat, very comfortable and extremely clean. There's absolutely nothing you need. In addition, the pool with a magnificent view of the Agriates Desert is amazing for both swimming and quiet lazing. So it was a great stay that we're not about to forget. And the house is 10 mins from Saint Florent so close to all amenities, it's very convenient. So don't hesitate:)

We were with Elisabeth at the beginning of July with two children and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment itself offers everything you need and the outdoor area is fantastic — super well-kept garden, a large terrace incl. a grill and a great pool with a view. If we weren't out and about in the beautiful area, we were actually always outside. Elisabeth and her husband are great hosts. They welcomed us warmly, were available when we had questions and otherwise left us our privacy. Since our French skills are rather modest, we were also glad that both spoke a little English. We can definitely recommend the place and would come back any time.
