Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. This stylish accommodation is perfect for couples, families, professionals who work in the Bonn area or trade fair visitors in the Cologne-Bonn area. The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

Cozy 2-room apartment - 60 m² - with south-facing terrace

In the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, the accommodation is about 60 m², has its own entrance, plus about 15 m² south terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can sometimes get into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.
