Den Bahnhof mit Verbindungen nach Köln und Bonn erreichst Du zu Fuß in ca. 5 min.

The separate apartment is located in our house with a private entrance; we also live here, but your privacy is guaranteed at all times. Flexible check-in via key box. The code for this will be provided on the day of arrival. With a double bed, kitchenette, Wi-Fi & private parking. Quiet location near the Eifel (15 km) and Koelnmesse (35 km) – perfect for relaxation and excursions.

Located in the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, about 60 m2, private entrance, in addition about 15 m2 south terrace on a large garden with old trees. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, integrated kitchen , hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can also get lost in the apartment.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

Das Messegelände ist ca. 18km entfernt. Das Phantasialand Brühl ist ca. 10km entfernt und die Kölner Innenstadt ist ca. 17km entfernt.
