We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

My family and I planned a small 4 day vacation in Cancun and we were looking for a comfortable, clean, budget-friendly Airbnb with certain specs like a washer/dryer and air conditioning amongst other things. We came across Manuel’s listing and it was the perfect place for us. After we booked, Manuel was quick to reach out to welcome us and offer any instructions or details we needed. He also helped us save time finding a rental car as he provided the option to rent one out from him. When we arrived the place was clean and just like the photos. Meeting Manuel in person was a very pleasant experience, he is an extremely friendly, welcoming, easygoing guy who helped us plenty even when our vacation didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped. 10/10 would recommend this listing and host.

The place is impeccable, you can tell it's practically new and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

We just have to thank Ricardo's person or host who did everything to make his visitors feel very comfortable, was very attentive, made a point of showing the entire apartment demonstrating the operation and offering the comforts of home, we are very happy with the reception and the environment we were in. We just have to thank you in the future when we think of Cancun. We will certainly think of this beautiful apartment location where we stayed

Claudia, she was very kind and attentive to us, she was on the lookout, she oriented us with certain doubts, the apartment was really cozy, with all the amenities, we felt right at home, it was like about 35 minutes from the hotel area, but I had several supermarkets nearby, I also had many tickets to get to the condominium, we spent Christmas and new year and had the detail of bringing us a memory (wine, treats, chocolates, etc.) I had everything we needed. The truth we are coming back without a doubt!!!

Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile check-in and check-out process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * Overall, the studio is nice and does the job, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest very well! * I really applaud that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of it) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because you can hear cars on the avenue and some fans that work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of vendors * The cost of the daypass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is comfortable and there are several places nearby. Communication with Luis was very prompt and friendly at all times.

The place is nice, there is an Oxxo very close and it is very close to the hotel area and the exits to the railway if you plan to go to Isla Mujeres. The area is quiet and the apartment is very well maintained, everything works and complies with what is indicated. The manager was always available for any issue. Just as a suggestion, it would be great to have a little more tupperware or refractory for cooking.

The house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly, attentive at all times, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, a shopping mall nearby, in general, everything was excellent, thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!

Lorena was helpful at all times, the photos matched the apartment perfectly, we were very comfortable. I went with children and everything was very safe, that relaxed me. We arrived early and Lorena was very accessible with the schedule and let us check in early. Of course I would return!!!! Everything was very nice!!!! 😊

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

The apartment is great, comfortable and exactly as in the photos. I really enjoyed your stay! However, some points can be improved: the water pressure in the shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink is very weak, which can be a little uncomfortable. There is also some noise in the surroundings — those who are light sleepers may find it difficult to sleep. On the other hand, the pool is excellent for relaxing after a tiring day, although the water is at room temperature. Overall, it was a great experience!

Excellent accommodation...beautiful beach, places nearby to eat, walk, and shop. Only a few kitchen items (kettle) and cleaning items (broom) were missing, but nothing that would overshadow the stay.

The accommodation was perfect. Everything was there, from cooking utensils to a TV for watching films or series. The air-conditioning was also very efficient, and the apartment kept cool very well too. The accommodation was close to the hotel zone and the city center. As far as our host Mario is concerned, he's really a fantastic person, taking great care to ensure that his guests have everything they need. Honestly, we couldn't have wished for a better stay. On top of that he's really understanding and wants his guests to have a good stay. Because of all this I highly recommend the accommodation.

If you want to go and have a good time with family and friends, it's the best place you'll find for the number of guests and the price, incredible place, and above all the host is really cool, very helpful at all times and above all, she left us without any doubts, very nice place, I'll go back!!!🗣️

My family and I want to offer a glowing review of our recent stay at Daniels property. We enjoyed every aspect of our holiday experience in this beautiful apartment. From the beautiful lagoon view to biking around the neighborhood, it was everything we could have asked for. Not only was the apartment clean and comfortable but the staff who takes care of the property takes great care to keep the place looking amazing. The restaurant on premise was also such a nice bonus - happy hour daily and a nice assortment of choices on the menu. As a host, Daniel laid out perfect instructions on how to enter the premises, provided plenty of dining and shopping options and was responsive when we needed him. I highly recommend this property and would be happy to come back if ever we were to visit Cancun again.
