Villa vacation rentals in Alfama, Lisbon

Our stay was very nice and enjoyable. We were able to Uber to Lisbon daily without any issues and the cost was very reasonable. Our host was very helpful with arrival and suggesting sites to see and recommending restaurants and tours. When I realized that I had forgotten to bring electrical outlet converters, they provided them right away. We would stay here again.

costa da Caprica, very lively place, beautiful beach 100m from the house. The house is on a small pedestrian street all decorated on the floor with a very nice neighborhood. The merchants are very nice. (especially at the drugstore). all shops nearby. The house is as described, the beds are real very comfortable beds. always a place or park the car, bus to Lisbon nearby, in short, ideal place for 4. The little touches of Pedro and Catarina make you feel good right away: products and towels, bath towels, cleaning products: just think of yourself because they thought about the rest.

Lovey little house; very clean and well equipped; good beds and shower pressure; good Wi-Fi, its really very nice; my only issue is that its really a one BD with the second room being a loft area from the living room; as long as the person or couple in loft area are last to bed and happy to wake up when the guests in the other bedroom go to the kitchen then its perfect; i would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends

What a wonderful property, one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was perfect for our 2-year-old, who loved playing in the garden, and it was the ideal base for our day trips to Lisbon and the surrounding area. The beach and nearby bars/restaurants are also great. Thanks to Antonio and Fatima for being such fantastic hosts!

A private cottage for us alone with a private love nest. Very personal and warm welcome by the landlords, with many great tips for the area. I liked the sea there best from Portugal.

Great communication, very nice quiet place close to Caparica and the beach, exactly what we wanted. Minor things that could have been better: The fridge is a bit old and run down and seems leaky, cooking basics like salt and pepper were missing. Otherwise all good.

The Villa is beautifully presented, with lovely artwork. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are really comfortable. My family, felt very comfortable there and we enjoyed the dip pool. I would advise that you need a car to explore the area. Manon was very helpful including good recommendations. I would recommend a meal at the local restaurant Tasca Tuga.

Beautiful stay, we would highly recommend. Loved the house, the location close to the beach and the beds were so comfortable. Every room has its own en suite bathroom. Local beach clubs were wonderful and Maria and Pedro were super helpful and responsive.

Villa was beautiful and very clean. Lots of space & the rooms were lovely. The Little hamper was a nice touch. All in all we were impressed with the villa and the contact lady Manuela was helpful. The locals seem nice to & the mini market will order in anything you need..its a 3 minute walk ..but only very small. Would definitely go back

Beautiful villa, immaculately clean. Really pretty and very private garden with a cool pool. Thoughtful additions including games and recommendations for surf lessons. Fab hosts. Had the most wonderful week with the family. Easy to walk to beach and good restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to return!

6 of us stayed here for 3 night - 4 adults and 2 boys. We went to Lisbon for the IBJJF Championship and stayed here. what a beautiful place, home from home and nothing was to much. Thank you from us all

Luis was an absolutely amazing host, very communicative and caring.

We stayed here as a group of 5 adults and 5 kids and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the home was spotless (my main criteria for booking and Airbnb) feeling brand new and very modern. The host was absolutely wonderful: super responsive and always available to answer questions or offer great local tips. We’re already thinking about coming back. Sonia and simon were great hosts. Very responsive, the house is beautiful. We didn't take time to explore the immediate neighbourhood, but the train station is very close by, probably 1 mile, walkable, with fast and frequent trains into Lisbon. We got an uber a couple of times to Praia Fonta da Telha which was stunning, was about 9 euros. The villa is stunning and the heated pool was great for our kids. All in all a great stay, fantastic access to Lisbon via the train and to the beaches.

Impeccable exterior for this kind of rental, sun, swimming pool, terrace, fireplace-barbecue, house "like at home" with everything you need to live there, well equipped with household electronics, quiet despite the "Portuguese" dogs who often bark at night but almost not in our case, quiet in the neighborhood, the market 100m from the house and supermarkets that are not very far either, my favorite beach (Princesa) 5 minutes by car.

Marc was a great host! He showed care and consideration beyond what was expected with thoughtful touches in the service provided. We were a group of six and everyone felt comfortable. When anything was needed Marc came through right away.

Marians home was very spacious and bright, we had a group of 10 so gathering in the open concept kitchen living room was amazing. The house was clean we loved the private driveway and privacy. We did take advantage of the pool one day which was a bonus. Amora is a cute little town and we discovered a beautiful beach and restaurant on the beach front. Only 20 minutes from Lisbon. A hidden gem. We will be back for sure. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay - the place is amazing and the photos don’t do it justice. We stayed with our 2.5 year old and it was perfect for us as a family of three, but we can see it working well for a bigger group as there is so much space. Ana was an amazing host - the best we’ve had, she was so easy to talk to and so helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you!
